I was diagnosed with Epilepsy when I was 2 years old and had my Seizure Tumor surgically removed when I was 8. My Mom once told me that I had a Seizure in Kindergarten and the School called my Mom who was at the Army Base at the time to take me home. Both my Parents were in the Army National Guard for most of my Childhood.

Thanks for sharing your story Ian. Medication and lifestyle can help with epilepsy but to heal living with it I deeply feel having self love, acceptance and compassion for oneself is the ultimate goal. Every cell reacts to how we think and feel ❤
