10:40 I make chickpea flour pancakes/omelettes regularly but I have never though of adding cherry tomatoes in there! Definitely will have to give this one a go!
Hi Amanda, I'm new to your channel, but I've been meaning to tell you how obsessed I am to your recipe with the chickpeas, cous cous and the kale and sundried tomatoes, it was in your recipes for 4 ingredients, I cant begin to tell you how many times I've made it. I mix it up sometimes and use quinoa instead of cous cous. thanks

Hi Amanda!! You used to make things with jackfruit. I am curious if that’s something I can incorporate, however, what is it and what does it taste like?? I would love to see perhaps a recipe or two or three, that incorporates jackfruit 🤗
Jackfruit is a fruit that is relatively neutral in flavour, with a meat-like texture so you can add spices etc to make it a delicious meat alternative in a lot of dishes :) Noted! x

Just a suggestion, but is it possible to sometimes make non vegan add ins for your recipes? Like " if your not vegan, this would be a great time to crack in an egg" or something like that? I love
