I've seen big changes in how you eat now versus several years a go. More healthy fats and protein, and you seem more balanced about like, eating some white rice, some treats, etc. I would just love to hear your thoughts and your journey, as I am someone who tends to get anxious about eating super super clean and can go a little overboard with it.
I absolutely love all your videos! You're always such an inspiration to me, and I genuinely enjoy hearing about how you stay active and prioritize your health. It motivates me to make positive choices too! By the way, your daughter is absolutely adorable. 🥰 Sending you lots of love and gratitude from a loyal fan! Keep shining bright, and keep the awesome videos coming! 💫
Hi Annie, I was wondering how you stop the lemon in your lemon water from damaging your teeth please? I started having it every morning and my teeth got so sensitive I had to stop 😞
You’re such a blessing and an inspiration. Beautiful inside and outside and you’re continuously shining your light in this world ✨🌼✨ Looking forward to the new product. So exciting! 💕
Nalia should not have the honey in the salmon sauce even cooked honey is not safe for babies under 1. I’m not a hater I’m just sharing important information as honey can cause botulism in babies. Also I know she didn’t eat much but no honey amount is safe for babies
@@priyankadongre64 apart from the botulism risk mentioned above, honey in general is considered by nutritionists to be a liquid form of sugar (unnecessary and can cause blood sugar imbalance), and is advised to only be consumed, in very small quantities, in case of illness, for e.g. as a throat and caugh treatment (1+ year). One fruit per day or a small cup of berries instead is a much healthier sweet option for everyone.
Your baby reminds me so much of my granddaughter who is about the same age. We recently tried out the single pony tail sticking straight up and it is super cute!! Would you have the recipe for the peanut butter balls? They looked easy and awesome. I try to eat clean but fail miserably. I have loved watching your channel for the past several years and find it very helpful.
Annie, please update us on Nalia's toys and shelfs that were in the back! I loved them!- where are they from??? BTW do you give Nalia honney?? I would love to know Nalia eats now that she is older.
I've just noticed your frying pan Annie, I have the exact same one and the wok with a lid too (Green Pan) and they are fabulous, the best non stick pans I have ever owned! x 😚
Bonjour, comment vous faites pour ne pas manger de cochonnerie ? Chips ? Bonbons ? Éviter les grignotages ? Et boire beaucoup d’eau v’? J’ai besoin de conseils s’il vous plaît
Annie, consult with your pediatrician what she or he recommends for your baby's diet. Other than that, what everyone else is saying to do or not do is sort of irrelevant.
