what i did to gain weight
In this update, I am going to break down week by week what I did to gain weight. As you can tell from the title I gained 8 pounds in one month. That is great for someone who has always been a skinny girl, that struggles to gain weight. OK, one month and some change but You get the point. I will also be sharing when I did not gain weight one week because I think that's vital to you are understanding that every week might not be so successful but you just have to keep pushing if you want to gain weight. I will be showing some foods I ate to gain weight and I will be also showing my weight check ins I do on Instagram on Sundays.

Pasta, lots of nuts, avocado, peanut butter, junk food, smoothies and wine helped me gain weight when I didn’t want it lmao

Needed this I'm gluten free lost 50 lbs. So it's a pro and a con to this lifestyle. I'm glad you did this video 💯. I'll incorporate some things.

Likewise, I am gluten sensitive as well. So most things that I eat are gluten free.

I workout To see gains and get them curves popping out✊🏿. The reason I can’t really follow many meal ideas because I try to stay away from dairy as much as possible and I have a form of gluten allergy so it makes it really hard for me. Is she gluten-free?
