I grew up always eating well done steak and most Persians do too. Persians in general over cook everything. Well done wings, well done fish even when it comes to pasta. Culturally we don't eat anything raw.

I eat my steak well done because it tastes good. I don’t like the taste of raw meat (I think it tastes bloody/irony) so I cook it well done. Ya, it’s not as tender but I care more about making it taste the way I like than how tender it is. Just sharing since you asked. I tried A5 wagu Kobe beef when I went to Tokyo and had it rare like the waitress wanted to cook it and I almost threw it up at the table. Cooked the rest of the steak well done and it was still melty af. Anyway happy 1 year anniversary, glad to see you continuing to upload. I watch your videos all the time with my gf while we are cooking or eating and your content is always a good time to watch. Thanks and Keep it up!
