What I eat for weight loss in a calorie deficit my personal goals are 1900 cals, 120g protein, 30g Fiber , 1.5L water per day and I workout 4x per week I have recently lost 10.5lb in my first 8 weeks calorie counting so these are the types of meals I have been having and how I am getting on tracking calories.

Thanks so much!! I do love it now and I love barre I can’t believe after 7 years I’ve switched to mainly Barre from weights

If you can, you might find a vid interesting - on channel laura try, and the vid is i tried a high protein diet for 9mnths - it's echoing your ethos but her breakfasts are different for us westeners!

It's crazy I lost 34lbs since January and didn't change anything for my diet. Im 48yrs old and lifting after my run. Dam yesterday I killed a gallon of icream and only weight 165 lol. You can eat anything you want when you want just need to train to work it off......stay hard!! Counting calories is a waste of time lol
