What I eat for weight loss in a calorie deficit my personal goals are 1900 cals, 120g protein, 30g Fiber , 1.5L water per day and I workout 4x per week I have recently lost 10.5lb in my first 8 weeks calorie counting so these are the types of meals I have been having and how I am getting on tracking calories.
