+Charlie Ashurst if you don't eat enough calories then you will store weight regardless of what your eating, as your body is in starvation mode. Try if possible to eat at least 3 meals and 2 snacks per day.
also eating a bunch of smaller meals sounds like a good idea for you. if you're like me and can't eat giant portions just snack on stuff all day. doesn't stretch out your stomach as much and it doesn't make me feel like grossly full. but it's important to eat plenty and focus on being healthy!
I admire her so much for making RU-vid videos whilst still being dedicated to school. I'm a college student & I find it hard to do anything else but study 24/7 so I'm beyond amazed she's so organized to be able to do both!! i really like how you are so relaxed in your videos not like your trying hard to be this "type" or person. Water is the key girl!!! Yes, having a good diet is also super important to keep your skin clear, avoid excess oil production and such, but if you want glowing skin, you gotta hydrate from the inside out!! It's the most important part of your diet :)
Vegan, bicycle commuter, good music selection(when I heard Yung Bae I was like, what? cool.); If only you had said you were a physics major I would have fallen in love on the spot lol. Being vegan can be quite isolating at times. I just think its cool to see other vegans in college with similar life styles as mine

She said it was banana and mango to make vegan ice cream. So basically you put a few bananas in your freezer to freeze over night and in the morning put them in the blender with a bit of milk (almond, soy, etc) add the mango and blend until smooth (:

So I'm in good shape but I know that I'm not very healthy at all and I would love to be as healthy as you bc I have terrible habits (eating tons of total crap and then working out an unhealthy amount to keep it off) and the only reason why I do this is because I'm so incredibly picky that there are very very few foods that I will eat. I have tried time and time again to eat foods that I don't like over and over so I can be used to them, but this never works and I also have a very strong gag reflex so I literally can't make myself keep any food down that I don't like. Could you make a video or give any pointers for really picky eaters like me to stay healthy? Thanks so much
