Sopita 🍅
2 potatos, 1/2 onion, 3 garlic cloves (diced)
3 tomatoes, 1 red pepper (boiled, blended)
Saute potatos, onion and garlic in oiled pan with ground turkey until no longer pink. Add 1 packet Sazon Goya, 1 tbs of chicken bouillon, and salt.
Saute 2 cups of small shells in oiled pan until lightly browned. Add in tomato mixture.
Combine all together with 3 cups of water and simmer till potatos are soft. Add 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, cilantro and salt to taste. Enjoy.

Hey girl.. I crave your meals and snacks when I watch your vids…lol 😂 Im like can I have some too. My kids are older so only one is a teen now and he wants his same stuff like takis and junk food lol … I’m so proud when I can get him to eat good dinners w/ protein like salmon or chicken and snacks like apples w/pb. He’s recently obsessed w/Chipotle so that’s good and bad. But Good for u guys to start your kids young on a healthy lifestyle. 😅 Just be ready when your boys go through puberty they will want to double maybe have triple of the food lol.
