Lately, life has been quite hectic. And sometimes, the last thing I want to do is spend my energy on deciding what to eat. So I find comfort in enjoying the same breakfast every day. Sometimes I eat the same thing for lunch every day too! 😂 I think that if I don't spend my energy deciding what to eat my day will be much more efficient.
In this video, I want to share with you what I eat on a busy day.
🥣 Breakfast: Oatmeal
🥪 Lunch: Egg salad on rye bread
🍲 Dinner: Roasted vegetables with chicken
🥧 Dessert: Apple pie

I am surprised you don’t drink of that strong coffee the Swedes drink. Do you eat sill, pressylta (sp.?), anchovies sprats, etc? I miss the Swedish food I ate when my father was alive.

Oh I never liked coffee, it’s too bitter 😣 I eat sill and anchovy sprats (in janssons frestelse) but usually I only eat it for midsummer and Christmas 😂
