Congratulations on the weight loss. I stopped having sugar in my coffee and it really started my weight loss journey. I've cut back on carbs as well. I'm down about 22 lbs. I walk about 1 1/2 hours each day and now I've got my husband hooked and he is down about 40 lbs.
Congratulations Tiffany 🌻🌻🌻 I lost 120 lbs in one year. Each week when I stepped on the scales I saw that number getting lower it just seemed easier to get to my goal weight. One week I stepped on the scales and I was the same weight as I was the week before, in my mind I started going through that week making myself crazy as I stood there. I remembered I looked up from the scale and simply told myself…. Ok you didn’t loose any weight this week BUT you didn’t gain any either. I wish you all the best girl Have a Beautiful Weekend 🌻🌻🌻
@@lisab9541 Hi Lisa I didn’t use any programs. I started first looking at what I was eating. I cut out certain things, started reworking recipes etc. I never said I can’t have…. I would every once in awhile have something that wasn’t good for me, it’s ok I put on music and dance around adding some exercise moves. It took a little while but I got there and I’ve stayed at the weight I wanted. I’ve learned how to eat right and even have a dessert without guilt. Don’t deprive yourself thru your journey or you won’t reach your goal. I hope this helped a little. I wish you nothing but the best 🌻🌻🌻
I'm so proud of you and of Cayman!! Loosing weight is not an easy thing. You are an inspiration to all of us to start our journeys and not give up. I really enjoy your food ideas and examples.
Wonderful. I’m so happy you found what works for you. Just remember folks, what works for her or anyone else may not work for you bc everyone metabolizes macronutrients(carbs, fats and proteins)differently. Some folks may need higher carbs while someone else may need lower to moderate carbs. Or someone may need a higher fat or higher protein protocol or lower. So while this is wonderful, remember it’s not for everyone. I hope this helps. Way to go girl!
Great job Tiffany. I've lost 80 pounds since May 2021! It ain't easy but so worth it! I went from size xl/1x to xs/s🥰 No more health issues either 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Tiffany, Congratulations you are such an inspiration to all. Tyfs and being so real and humble. I have been on WW for a year and lost 40 Ibs and it feels amazing. You are so right about moving and drinking water. We are all on our own journey and have to do what’s best for each other. Blessings to you and your family. 💕
I’ve started a more carb-conscious lifestyle and I feel so good after just 1 week of doing it! One thing I’ve started taking into account too is that some processed low-carb foods contain a LOT of sodium. I’m trying to home make as much as possible (like you do) because of this. You inspire me everyday Tiffany! ❤️
Thank you Tiffany I really needed this to learn and start a healthier way and train my body with healthy alternatives and not starve. Please keep making videos like this that help women like myself who are ready for change,
Dieting is very hard. I done Nutrisystem and it was very hard I lost 80 in 8 months . But the hard hard part is keeping it off. I’ve gained 29 and it’s really hard to get back on it. But you look so great!!!
I love these ideas! I would love to see a video like this once a month or so. Incorporating new finds at grocery stores and how you make them into a meal!
Í am so proud of you ...My goodness Girl. And your still the same sweet person as always..Like my MaMa said...Pretty is as Pretty does. You are the real deal.THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU
You look amazing you motivate me every day keep it up. I have lost 90 pounds and it took me 10 months doing the omad twice a week and 2 meals a day the rest of the week now I'm just maintaining.
I started cutting down on my carbs and I’ve already lost 5 pounds and it felt good I’ve also cut down on meats I’ve been eating more fish and vegetables. You look great and thank you for this video.
Congrats on your life-style change!! I noticed your shopping changed. Then I noticed you were losing weight. Thanks for sharing! Would love to see more of what you eat/recipes...Going to give the salmon like yours a try. Tried before but didn't like-didnt flake at all. Combo with cucumber & cream cheese... sounds so good!
You’ve always looked great to me,Tiffany! Tfs ❤️! Intermittent fasting and meal prep have helped me lose weight. But if I get tempted to splurge,I splurge. I find, tho, that the more healthy I eat, I’m less tempted to splurge.
Tiffany you look absolutely fabulous, thank you so much for taking us on your journey. Congratulations 💐. Since you are making hard boiled eggs every day you should get yourself an instant pot, there are all kinds of Videos on how to do that. I usually make 2 dozen eggs at a time. you can store the eggs in the shell for 7days in a sealed container. if you do cook a lot of eggs at once get yourself a basket strainer that will fit inside your pot, then add your eggs to the strainer, once they are done carefully lift the strainer out & put in icy water.
Thanks for sharing such an awesome haul. I lost 70 pounds about five years ago doing keto its actually dirty keto but im still losing and keeping the weight I lost off. Keep up the weight loss Tiffany your an inspiration girl.
Congratulations Tiffany! You look amazing! I have lost about 35 lbs just eating cleaner,I cut out sugar, butter, and sweets and only eat 2 slices of low calorie bread a day I’m older so it’s taking me longer then it use to, unfortunately lol, but I started last July and have about 10 more lbs to reach the weight I want to. It is hard though I’m not gonna lie! Good luck!🥰
Tiffany I am really proud of your accomplishments! You are an inspiration to me! Thank you for all you do for your viewers! God bless you and your family and much love sent to you!
So happy for you and you look so happy and healthy. Ive been trying to lose some weight but my chronic health issues are a battle but I just keep trying on the days I can. Thanks for sharing and you always make me smile. Xxx
Congrats on the weight loss!! I have struggled with my weight for all of my adult life! I even went to the extreme seventeen years ago and had gastric bypass surgery! I went from 312 pounds down to 130 pounds in a year and a half but I have gained most of it back, now I am up to 250 pounds! One thing about it....the struggle is REAL....that's for sure!! You have inspired me to really start trying to lose weight again. I will have to let you know how it goes!
Congratulations on losing 40 pounds!🥳🎉🎊❤You look fabulous! You looked great before!!!! Great job! I wanted to tell you I love golden kiwi-so much sweeter than the green kiwi! I thought I saw you eat those in one video. Also I buy those individual guacamole too because whenever I'd make my own it always turns brown. Great job!
Hi Tiffany. You are totally rockin this diet or lifestyle as I prefer to call it. My aunt does WW and she always says, whatever you eat to lose the weight is what you’re going to have to eat to keep it off. And it totally makes sense. You don’t need a program, just eat more healthy. And you seem to be doing everything right. I can tell you love what you’re eating to lose the weight you lost, so I can totally see you eating this type of food for as long as you want and need to. I wish I liked all the foods you are eating because I’d just follow your habits but I’m not a huge fan of fish or raw tomatoes, except for the summertime cuz I live in NJ and we are the garden state lol. But keep doing what you’re doing cuz it’s definitely working for you and I’m so happy for you!!
Love this video, you’re a boss lady!! Such great meal suggestions, also random but I’ve seen the wicked hummus crips at homegoods in their snack isle before, just incase they stop selling them at lidl :)
Love the journey your on. I have started. And it is tough the first couple of days. I lost 3 lbs so far. But that is just a start . Thank you for your tips . I have started eating the breakfast you make. And it is great . Thank you again for this video. . 😘❤️
I watched this all bummed out that I can’t lose weight on my “diet”…as I ate four chocolate chip cookies one after the other. 🤣 I need more will power! You eat so healthy it is inspiring! Def gonna try to be more like that! How long did you cook that chicken in the air fryer? I’ve never tried frozen chicken in the air fryer!
Thank you so much for sharing this information Tiffany! I have been wanting to know what you have been doing because it is very obvious that you have lost a lot of weight but it sounds like you are doing it very sensibly. I love fresh asparagus! And I found the easiest way to cook it if you don't want to actually put it on the stove is to place it in the shallow baking dish and add about a half inch of water to the dish. Cover it with with plastic wrap leaving a corner vented. Depending upon the thickness of the asparagus spears microwave it on high for 3 to 6 minutes. You may want to take it out and try it after 2 minutes if your asparagus is very skinny (for lack of a better word). Even the largest asparagus shouldn't take more than 6 to 8 minutes at the most so I would check it every minute or so just so it does not get overdone if you want to make it that way. I also love doing my chicken frozen. I did get an air fryer but haven't tried it yet but I typically make my frozen boneless skinless chicken breast on my indoor George Foreman type grill. When they're frozen they come out so moist when you cook them it sounds like the air fryer does the same. One very easy way that I make boneless skinless chicken breast if I want to bake them in the oven is to pour a bottle of fat free Italian salad dressing on the top of them and then maybe sprinkle them with a little bit of Parmesan cheese at the end. It gives it a good flavor and add some moisture without adding a lot of calories if you get the fat free dressing. Once again great job Tiffany! Thank you so much for sharing your lifestyle with us. One question for you and it could be hard to answer because grocery prices are going up so much but are you finding that you spend more on groceries eating this way then you did previously? I know sometimes buying organic and buying more fresh vegetables and fresh fish is more costly but if you're not buying as much processed foods I would hope those would even out. Was just curious if you wouldn't mind sharing. Thank you so much once again Tiffany. You are truly an inspiration!
Mmm the smoked salmon , cream cheese and Cucumber sound soooo good. We need to try the single serve guac things...we get avacados and they go bad so quick. We need to hit up lidl...those chips are right up our alley.
I lost 60lbs after getting really sick (diagnosed w/gastritis). Been almost 2yrs ago& gained half back because I crave the hell outta sweets now. I NEVER cared for sweets before& I never feel good, so don't cook like I should. I do love making fresh spinach (cooked down), shrooms, green pepper& sometimes black or pinto beans& put it on a wheat wrap w/ a bit of sour cream. Really good. AND I just got a couple boxes of whole wheat noodles for veggie& ricotta(sometimes pesto) pasta. I need to incorporate some baked fish, but fish is SO expensive & money is TIGHT right now... like crying tight. U look fantastic! Props! Oh u said cereal. I try to ONLY eat fiber flakes cereal. I like it, it's filling& it helps w/ my digestion. Soda has been my weakness tho. I need to get some wheatgrass....nice reminder!
Y'all are so inspiring...you make healthy eating seem so enticing as you are so enthusiastic about what you're eating and the meals you create look so good! I'm so happy for y'all (or, to use our term for you plural--yinz).😄
I admire your consistency on your weight loss journey. I love how you share the variety of great healthy foods you eat. Congratulations on your weight loss!
You look amazing and great work. I also started losing weight almost a year ago and I’ve lost almost 60lbs. I’m doing the exact same thing. It’s worth it I feel so much better!!! Calorie counting, weighting food, water, and walking…that’s the secret!!
I’m so proud of you Tiffany you look amazing keep up the great work and thanks so much for sharing everything that you’ve been doing it’s always so helpful. Also just a little FYI for some other people if they need to know that watermelon has so much sugar I mean as good as it is with being primarily water-based it has a lot of sugar
thank you for a realistic approach instead of starving yourself. I love the term better choices instead of diet! You should approach shows to do cooking segments youd be great👍💜💞😊
Woohoo!!! Great job sweet girl. I've lost 15lbs by watching carbs. I did miss bread and something little sweet. Sola bread is fabulous!!! Two net carbs. Sugar free reddy whip has zero carbs. Amazing with berries
I’ve lost 120 pounds...... got sleeve surgery and doing very low carbs. I’m 63 yrs old and been married to the love of my life almost one yr. so happy with my life change...... healthy is the way. We drink 5 gallons of water a week.......
Thank you so much for the advice, I have not started yet, but you make me think I can do it! 😊 I love sweets to death, quite literally because I'm a type 1 diabetic! Thanks for the tips to stay on course! You look so amazing! 🥰

♥️ I have been waiting for this video! You look amazing! In future videos could you explain how long you cook items in the air fryer. Love your channel and I follow you on Instagram and TikTok ♥️
You look fantastic, you always look fantastic. Great video and awesome recipes and inspiration and suggestions! Thank you. I’m 52 and am working on a my health and fitness and this really helps me. Thank you so much again, ❤️from Northern California
Healthy foods are usually more expensive if you go organic but not by much and well worth the difference because of all the chemicals and pesticides in conventional foods.
Hi Tiffany congratulations to you on your journey. Can you do a makeup & hair video please ?. I love how you do your makeup & your hair always looks gorgeous. Do you wear different makeup at night vs Day wear ?.
That’s exactly what I’m doing too! I did keto for few months over 1 year ago lost 40 pounds then I stopped it was not easy with my busy life and work. I gain 10 pounds and 2 months ago I gain another 10 cause of being sick all January from a bad cold and then Covid was out from work so I wasn’t walking my 9000 steps that I do at work working at Amazon. So I just doing low carb, watching what I eat through out the day no junk everyday and going back to planet fitness on Monday. Also drinking more water.
Thank you for sharing your journey. I recently had covid and lost my taste and smell and have lost 23 lbs since January 22. Yeah it’s crazy for me to say but that was the only best part of covid 😂
This was very informative. Thank you for sharing. Tiffany, did work out the whole time, or just been consistent with Palates? One more thing not related to this video. Where did you and Khia find that peach drink?
I don’t even know where to start as my lack of motivation and putting everything else before me that I’m so exhausted to simply walk. Your words do making things more simple that it will stick gives me hope.
Tiffany your recipes look 👀 so colorful, fresh and yummy. Congratulations 🎉 on your 40 pounds weight loss. Love 💕 how gorgeous your hello fresh meals came out. Thank you so much for sharing with us. Your cucumber 🥒 and salmon 🍣 spreads looked so appetizing.
I had the gastric bypass surgery I lost 147 pounds and been able to keep it off February the 11 th was 11 years and I wear a size 4 and feel so much better
You showed you drink alot of water. I have trouble with just plain water. Dollar 🌳 has the packets of different flavors is that ok. There are no sugars. I am so proud of you. I don't like boiled eggs, is scramble of, what about cottage cheese? Keep up the good work. I am so proud of you 👏
I just started low carb (inspired by you) I started February 28th. I have struggled a little. Haven't weighed my self. But I can tell you I don't feel or look as bloated as before. And I feel like I have more energy. (I have talked to a diet technician and she recommended 30 carbs that includes your drink per meal and 15 carbs per snack includes drink. Then after a few months up my carbs to 40 per meal includes drink)
