I typically intermittent fast for 14 hours 3-4 times a week and I don’t follow a strict schedule, I simply eat the following day 14 hours after the last time that ate the night before. So for example l, if I stop eating at 10:00pm them I don’t eat again until the following day at 12:00pm.

What I Eat In A Day
Healthy Egg Toast
-whole grain bread
-pesto
-tomato
-mozarella cheese
-egg
-red chili flakes
-garlic salt
-green onions
-ghee for cooking
-salt and pepper to taste
Easy Lunch Salad
-sweet corn
-tomato
-red onion
-avocado
-salt & pepper to taste
-green onions
-bed of lettuce of choice (I used spinach)
Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
-1/4C lime juice
-1/2C extra virgin olive oil
-1Teaspoon minced garlic
-1Tablespoon of minced green onion
-1Tablespoon of cilantro
-salt to taste
1 Skillet Lemon Chicken
-Chicken Breast
-baby potato
-broccoli
-Onion
-3 head of Garlic minced
-juice on 1 lemon
-green olives
-1/2C water
-a fourth of a cube of chicken bouillon (or to taste)
-1teaspoon of butter
-oil for cooking
-salt & pepper to taste
