Burrata Parfait Salad
Ingredients
Pesto
Marscapone cheese
Tomato
Basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Aged balsamic vinegar
Salt to taste
Lemon Truffle Alfredo Pasta With Crispy Chicken
Serves 2-3
Crispy Chicken
Chicken breast
Panko crumbs
Flour
Salt & pepper
Garlic salt
Paprika
Unami seasoning form Trader Joe’s
1/2C grape seed oil for frying
Pasta & Sauce
Ingredients
Pappardelle pasta
1T butter
1-2 Tablespoon of black truffle oil (taste the sauce at the end you might want to add more but always start with a little bit) (or truffle butter)
1/3C pancetta
1 large cloves of garlic minced
1 1/2C heavy cream
1C grated parmesan cheese
1/4C lemon juice
Zest of half a lemon
2 Tablespoons of Vermouth
1T red chili flakes (optional to make it spicy)
1teaspoon of onion powder
Salt to taste
Parsley for garnish
NOTE use only the butter to sauté the pancetta, garlic and chili flakes at the beginning. Add the truffle oil at the very end after you’ve added the cheese! I just learned truffle oil should only be used as a finishing oil :)
Garlic cheese bread
Ingredients
French bread
1-2 Tablespoons of Butter
Few drops of Black truffle oil
1 large clove of garlic
1 Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons of mozzarella
Pepper
Parsley
Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Broil for last minute to make the crust golden.
