I have heard from so many that these videos are really helpful! I just want to share what a realistic day of meals looks like as a new mom, today i'm flying solo and that means my meals are more "convenient" than they are if my spouse if here so I can spend more time cooking or if I decide to go ahead and meal prep while baby wearing! Its all about being flexible while also reaching more own personal goals!
I'm considering not beibng vegan anymore after 7 yrs (and lifetime being Vegetarian). Its hard to transition socially lol im more nervous about what people will say than the actual change in diet. But i nust dont feel well, thank you for posting your what i eat in a day 🙏🏻 you are handling motherhpod beautifully 🥹🩷
Personally what you eat doesn’t define you as a person ❤️ it’s just food and I know people judge way to harsh based on what you eat but it’s not their life it’s yours!
I say do the half marathon! I won’t ever talk you out of a run. I am 11 weeks postpartum, c section and just starting my running journey again. It feels amazing to move!
You go momma!!👏🏻 I’ve been running a LOT and you’re right it feels so good! I think training with my baby in the jogging stroller just sounds so fun in the cooler months here!
You can create your own workout videos and I’m sure many people on RU-vid will subscribe to your channel and pay you! Also I’m a mom too. I’ve ate many of tv dinners when my kids were babies. In fact after my first was born we survived off of trader joe frozen foods. It’s all good!
Also I haven’t been to Trader Joe’s since mid pregnancy because it got to the point I couldn’t step into their store without throwing up because of the smell 🤣🤣 but you just reminded me to head there for frozen meals because THEYRE THE BEST!! Thank you 💃🏻
Are you familiar with NourishMoveLove on RU-vid? I discovered her recently and love her workouts! I think you might like her format. I’ve been loving them. I like Caroline and Sydney too.
How long until the half marathon? And is your goal to have a great Time or to RACE? If it’s to have fun and you have been cleared To run go for it! I am also a mom and an ultra runner. I believe it helps me to be a better mother so I day GO FOR IT! (But if it’s too early In recovery maybe don’t race beyond a comfortable zone for you)
@@flourishingmiranda then no reason not to! If you have already done an ultra you understand that sometimes it’s smarter to slow down. So with that mehtality go for it! We moms have to show others and our daughters that we can be moms and still be athletes. So cheers to you and if your heart is in it go for it!
Personally no, because I’m very active and just had a baby so my body isn’t the “same” as it was pre pregnancy so I don’t want to be super strict. I have one goal of just getting in enough protein so I just focus on that! It takes practice to not worry about anything else and just listen to your body for sure!
