I have had a lot of people ask me out of curiosity, "what do you eat in a day". After having weight loss surgery, vertical sleeve gastrectomy or vsg, I am only able to consume around 2-4 ounces in a sitting depending on how dense the food is.
Join me in a day in the life to see what exactly it is that I eat in a day!

Question? You eat keto bread at 8 weeks post op! I am at 8 weeks post op and told no Bread or rice till 6 months!.

Obviously this reply is late and you probably have all food restrictions lifted at this point. What I have discovered is that post op diets are as varied as the surgeons and dietitians who prescribe them. I hope you are doing well!

My doctor suggested keeping a cup in the bathroom and every time I go, I drink water too. Thanks for the video. It helped me.

I’m 8 weeks post op now. I usually have an Oikos yogurt but there’s one with 20g of Protein. Then I follow 30 minutes with hot water with lemon juice- I heard hot water is better for digestion. I get no heartburn at all. I also use Mio too. If you put Iced Tea Mio in hot water- it’s the best drink ever!!

Diet tools utensils on Amazon are metal and look like adult utensils but have small heads. I love those.

I purchased some. I love them but I went through ketosis and the metal made it worst.
