Thank you so much for the kind words and support of my videos! Nothing more rewarding than hearing that I can make a positive impact on your life in any way possible with what I put up on my channel.
Excellent point on salt intake and adding flavor. Shows how easy this is to accomplish low sodium without having to give up flavor in your food. Also, I would like to affirm that MyFitnessPal is absolutely one of the best free nutritional diet tools out there for tracking everything. Thanks for sharing your diet intake and regimen with us.
Great video Weston. It has really made me think about my daily diet, especially salt and fat intake. I also took your advice on daily beetroot juice for lowering blood pressure from another video. . It has made me feel more healthy and energised as well. You’re an inspiration for a more healthy lifestyle without it being bland . Thank you and best wishes. Gary (UK)
Im wondering why you dont eat the whole egg with most of the nutrients coming from the yolk? The whites do have some protein but thats about it. Fat isnt bad.
I don't understand that either! I have been experimenting with different diets for years and I have realized that it really is just about calories in vs calories out when it comes to staying lean. You can get ripped eating fast food if you track your calories and get enough protein...
Weston's thing is that he isn't really that muscular, more of a lean/model type physique. If you want to just be lean, you really can't eat that much and cutting out fats is necessary. Not saying this is healthier but if your only goal is to stay lean for photos, then eating just egg whites makes sense. Keep in mind, the fat and cholesterol are helpful in maintaining ideal hormone levels, which is very important to natural weightlifters. So if you're natty and want to gain muscle, Weston's advice here is probably wrong for you.
I do eat whole eggs as well. This is just an example of a meal that is very low fat. You can work in your healthy fats however you choose. You could skip the avocado and go for yolks instead. This video isn’t to say that these are the ONLY options or ONLY ways to eat certain foods. Use the logic of tracking healthy fats, carbs and proteins and you’ll be less focused on tiny details vs the overarching concepts.
In Oct., I was shocked when my cholesterol was high, about 225. After cutting whole eggs from my diet and going with just egg whites for 8 weeks, my cholesterol quickly fell to sub 185. I'm sticking with the egg whites.
Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know! It means more than you may know. As it’s a lot of work to keep up the content creation since I’m overwhelmed with full time work and other business ventures- so you really do keep me motivated! Happy to have helped bring some value or positivity to your life in some small way!
Awesome! I seem to be following similar meal profiles. My oatmeal go-to is plain steel cut cooked in slow-cooker overnight (plus make enough for week). When ready to eat - reheat then toss in my strawberry flavored protein powder, and top with one square of 92% cocoa chocolate broken up for an amazing part of breakfast. If you want a break from that Soliel water, I HIGHLY recommend picking up some Topo Chico Twist of Lime mineral water (in 12oz glass bottles). It's such a good highly carbonated drink to go with meal(s).

Thank you so much for the kind words and support of my videos! As far as collagen peptides, I haven’t spent much time researching these, to be honest. I have heard great things, but I’m not at a point where I can speak on them with confidence.
Hey Weston awesome video! had a few questions? 1.What is the exact model of the brevile that you use to grill your chicken? 2. I see that you were weighing your chicken after its been cooked. Do you normally weigh an log the macros for the chicken breast after in its cooked weight or Raw weight? 3. Same question as number 2 but for rice? 4. Do you use Grass-Fed Steak and Organic Chicken?
Hi! Thanks so much for the support of my videos. To answer your questions: 1. I have it in my amazon shop under KITCHEN ESSENTIALS here: www.amazon.com/shop/westonboucher 2 & 3. Yes I weigh it based on a cooked state and match that with MyFitnessPals entry option of “cooked” as well 4. Yes, at least 90% of the time if I can If you haven't already, I would LOVE the support from you by SUBSCRIBING so my channel can grow and I can keep bringing you more content that you want to see each week: ru-vid.com & FOLLOW ME on Instagram: @westonboucher @westonjonboucher
Great video! Do you have cheat days. Like once a week or once a month or around Christmas where you just eat like a box of cookies or fried food as much as you want I`m wondering. Anyways you seem like a down to earth nice person and I`ve enjoyed binge watching your videos.
I don't do intermittent fasting, but I have tried it. I really struggled with the stretch of time required for it to actually take effect. As I crave calories late at night. It just didn’t fit my lifestyle and schedule ultimately but it definitely works and I would encourage it for those who go that route.

Happy to suggest, Kevin! Hope you like the greek yogurt. I think the Chobani is the closest to sour cream alternative. Others are just too sweet or not the right consistency.
I drink a glass of red wine 3-4x a week and factor it into myfitnesspal calories. However I have noticed that things like whiskey and beer set me back in terms of water retention, bloat in my face, around my eyes, etc in comparison. I also think that certain alcohols affect people differently. But I would imagine that hard liquor and beer are going to have more impact on your system than red wine. You would be just fine to keep your whiskey in your diet, just keep in mind the things I mentioned.

Yes! I neglected to add the exact one I love and use at home. I just added it to the fitness gear section of my amazon shop: www.amazon.com/shop/westonboucher?listId=1LCF0QBVVOMS9
Thanks so much, Ross! I appreciate you. No, I would say during the time of this video I was only getting in about 3x a week. Volleyball shoulder issues were looming as well and I had umbilical hernia surgery shortly after too
We can all eat healthy, the reason we don’t is because of sheer laziness and excuses. My diet is at 60% of yours mate and I’m seeing slow but steady results. Now imagine if I wasn’t lazy…… 💪

LOL, I had to do so many revisions on this video with my youtube editor. Apparently a random clip slipped through the cracks. My apologies, first time it's happened honestly. I was talking about having an indoor grill of some kind. The one I love in the video is: www.amazon.com/shop/westonboucher?listId=133SUHRNU2A1O
I don't know man! Yes, I do work out. I don't drink or somke I only drink water, I eat natural and super healthy, and high protein, but if I would eat such small portions like you, I would look like a cancer patient.😢
You're not supposed to. If you watched the whole video I said I rarely measure anything anymore because I can eyeball almost everything and stay in great shape all year. The point is to understand macros, calorie intake and quality of foods so you can make it work for your lifestyle needs. If someone wants to get really defined or prep for a vacation or photoshoot, wedding, whatever, it's knowing these things that are a major advantage. What's miserable is that people are so unwilling to be disciplined or open-minded to information that they can customize for their needs at their own pace. If you're already in the shape you want to be in then more power to you, I guess it's working so keep doing what you do.
Depending on where you are, some stores do carry them. You can also go through a local CSA to get farm fresh in your area. They often have subscriptions and drop sites where you can pick up your order. Vital Farms is also an excellent brand now found in many stores. Even if you don’t eat them raw you will be astounded by the difference in flavor and color. The nutritional profile of these eggs is off the charts.
I tried and did go back. Overhyped. The best part about raw eggs is the yolk without white (best-tasting yolks I had so far were from ducks) and you can't really enjoy it much as you just taste the yolk for a few sec before swallowing if you don't just swallow instantly. It's not really considered a solid meal when you eat it that way and you feel like you ate nothing. It still doesn't beat sunny-side-up eggs when cooked properly in my opinion and you get to enjoy it so much more. Fried eggs with slightly firm, creamy whites and slightly runny, soft egg yolk will always be better. Baste egg yolks and egg whites with butter before turning heat off. Nothing will ever beat that. But that's just my opinion.
Joseph Rase I agree with your comment. The beauty of eggs is in the variety they offer in terms of nutrition and preparation. Raw eggs are certainly not for everyone but if they are of high quality offer amazing benefits all the way around. And yes, duck eggs. 👌
@@WH2012 Yes, always go for quality when options are available. In terms of benefits, the difference between raw and cooked is really negligible when considering diet as a whole. And again, so much more enjoyable for me when prepared sunny-side-up. Regardless of how they're eaten, we can both agree that whole eggs are among the most nutritious foods.
Personal advice: maybe you can talk more lively. first of all you’re very hot man for sure and nice voice. But I feel when I watching your videos have no connection with you. Your voice basically in the same level all the time. Will feeling tired after few minutes. And I was shocked looking at a hot men feel bored so I ask myself what’s the problem and I figured it out this. Maybe can help your RU-vid channel gets more fun’s.
Hahaha hey Paul, thanks for the feedback. Trust me, I know and I don't disagree. It's honestly improved a lot if you can believe it, lol. It's hard to be myself entirely and more animated because I'm trying so hard to stay focused on the information being correct. You'll notice that in my Q and A videos on my channel I speak freely, so it's much easier to just flow. But I'll keep working on it!
My intake is extremely low, but I hear you. I think people get extremely hyper focused on small stuff. Not you per say, but I notice many will be self righteous about what they will or won't put in their bodies and then take an insane amount of drugs and alcohol into their system every weekend.
Of course, one of the few times I had an instance where I couldn't use my main camera and audiophiles come out of the woodworks, LOL. Thanks so much for your insight, I had NO IDEA that clean audio mattered, smh. Thanks captain obvious hahaha
Everyone thinking we need to eat 5 meals per day.. SO WRONG !!! Weston you must check better your meals because 5 is a lot and is not good for you.. 3 meals per day is ideal and no more , breakfast, lunch and dinner is the key. check out many doctors on youtube speaking about this mistake and the consequence of it.. overall your food is nice ;)
Filipe Santos it’s so crazy how wrong the “healthiest” (cover of men’s health) people have nutrition.. I used to believe a lot of this too, can’t blame them.. we were lied to 😬
Please direct me to your elite way of eating by supplying the information in your next video hahaha. I am VERY clear in my videos and eGuides that what I eat and how I train is in direct relation to achieving a certain aesthetic for the modeling work I do. I talk at length about the various reasons relating to definition and water retention. I'm not trying to be God's gift to purist eaters.
Nope, last time I checked there are quite a few hours in a typical day. And it's also DEPENDENT ON YOUR LIFESTYLE AND AMOUNT OF ENERGY EXPENDED ON TRAINING. If you don't exercise as much as me, then you're right. Watch the whole video.
Depends on your situation, aesthetic goals, if you need to get defined for a vacation or photoshoot. Otherwise, sure, live the life that suits your specific desires and needs. Everyone speaks so freely on youtube as if their opinion reigns supreme. To each their own man.
Oh brother here we go again with the self-righteous purists who can't wait to food shame any little thing they can, lol. Listen Bob, if those tiny little minuscule amounts of impurities are enough to write me off then please do watch someone else's channel. Obviously the clean eating reference is to the majority of my diet. Unfortunate that got you so hot and bothered hahaha. Also, I eats yolks very often. I mention in the video that I sub fats in different meals depending on the macro breakdown.
