I am 32 years old and for the last 1 year my testosterone level is 1-3 nano gram/ milligram and I am very mentally and physically disturbed. The doctor told me to undergo TRT 6 months ago and at that time I thought that I should recover naturally by some other means but I could not do so and when I went to the doctor now, he refused to do TRT therapy and sent me home by giving me anti depression tablets. Please tell me what should I do now?

Amazing spot is 1,100,1,200 ???? I was told as a natural my blood work came back 1345 at age 24 and again at age 29 now..... that that is top 1 ppercent and doc literally forced me to get tested 3 more times at other places to confirm, he even laughed and said no way sorry gotta call them and let them know the blood work facility is having issues..... My shb is slightly high but free test is enough to pull a lot of that amount to be in that top percentage, I never lose muscle, even without working out, ALWAYS Have stupid muscle, since 12 , puberty at age NINE YEAR OLD, wish i knew that was bad.. Turns out it made me shorter because i grew to fast and growth plates closed, was supposed to at least be five eight, i'm five six, its another reason why the muscle looks really good on me even with not going to the gym. These levels are possible BUT ...... there are health issues possible down the line. Albumine is great though
Man. For 15 months I was on the fence for TRT. I knew in my heart I had all symptoms.. yet still tried everything else before TRT. Diet. Sleep. Exercise. All natural remedies.. Just to raise T a few point or so. I’m now 1 week into TRT. And fuck man. Truly, I have not felt this great. This optimal in over 15 years man. Never turning back.

Mine was 12.4. 340 my GP said was in range for my age 52. I felt like saying tell that to my symptoms= since 19 Depression and anxiety on and off, late puberty, patchy facial hair even now shave twice a week, ADHD, poor concentration, very low sperm count and fatigue, but apparently im good to go.
