Hey nina, you have really helped me find a healthy and balanced lifestyle which I am following for a long time . Your workout videos are amazing as well as you recipes. I was just curious how can we tone our legs as even though I have lost weight while doing workout my legs do not look much different from before and I also realised that I am getting bloated a lot recently. Can recommend me any workout for this from your channel? Btw thank you soo much!!! LOVE YOU!!

Try to switch up between my workouts of this workout list for lower body: ru-vid.com/group/PLVckjbjd5goQyTOT8BgYYKMiDWumdrlNR Unfortunately it’s very hard to help you with leaning and bloating based on just this little comment, that is why I provide personal coaching to really look at every persons situation and help them with their issues! Bloating can have many causes, but also know that being stressed and always in a hurry can play a role, besides nutrition and many other things. Hope you will understand it’s not so easy like 123 to help you here 😘

Would you say that bakery bread is easier to digest than lean fish such as haddock or tilapia? I’m vegan but I manage my healed auto immune disease and am extremely sensitive to most vegan sources of protein (seeds, nuts, grains, lentils, beans)… so I’m limited to considering fish for my protein source… what are your thoughts?

100% peanutbutter, from only peanuts. It’s the smoothest. I buy mine in The Netherlands at the Lidl or Albert Heijn, and in New York City at Whole Foods or Trader Joes! 🥜

Let's spread positivity :) She might look skinny, but what`s more important is that she is healthy inside-out. You can see she nourishes her body and has quite some movement in her day. She is definitely not overexercising, nor starving herself. On top of that... if she makes you feel negavite, why would you spend time watching her vids? Peace :)
