Georgia I was about to say this! Although you can probably save on supplements a little if you plan your meals carefully (I’m a supplement junkie, lol).
*sometimes when I go to bed I’m already thinking about my breakfast* loool same not because I’m hungry but I’m just excited for it? Same lol is that weird
Seriously. Like.. How do they maintain it like that? Or did she go first thing in the day? Even then the neatly stacked veggies are so extra. I love it!
@@Duma39 I work in produce at a high end grocery store in the US and I can tell you that basically everyone who works in produce is OCD! It's a pre-requisite! LOL
jub8891 dude if society's standards of beauty changed i'd be willing to bet that she'd still be as happy because she is healthy and takes care of herself
I admire how people love themselves, take care of themselves and make others like them too.... the first point is to love and believe in you. 💕 Your smile is a happy one 😊
I knew there was going to be avocado on toast, it's typical in these kind of videos but this recipe looked so good I tried it yesterday and liked it so much that I had to come back to this video and thank you
I love how your food is healthy, but still delicious. You should try Vietnamese and Japanese food as well. They're delicious, healthy, and generally easy to make! Hit up Asian grocery stores for ingredients like green curry paste. You get better quality in much larger quantities, much cheaper! Just check the ingredients to get something as natural as possible. Indian food is also really healthy if you go dairy-free. I substitute ghee for olive oil, and yogurt/cream with coconut milk or almond milk, as well as, believe it or not, cashew paste. Tastes great, gives a creamy smoothness, and evens out the very healthy spices. Also, for spices, don't buy them in jars, but in the bulk spice section of your supermarket. You get the same exact quality for a fraction of the price. I'm talking like 1/6th or even less here.
One tip it's more like advice for everyone, you should never cut your chicken on wooden boards because of salmonella and other bacteria that get trapped in wood, instead it is good to have plastic board just for that purpose 🙌😊
Actually a glass cutting board is better especially for meats because with plastic cutting boards you can also have scratch marks on them and bacteria can stay and grow there
This comment is very wrong. My father did an experiment with wood and trying to get bacteria to grow on them and they couldn't. Wood naturally has antibacterial qualities and actually, plastic can open up and hold on to bacteria worse.
That's the Breakfast I ate today. It was unreal tasty and satisfying. The video was viewed at night and could not wait for the morning to finally try this recipe. Thanks
I like people who actually spend time on cooking and making their food on their own. Many people just put something into the microwave:( Nowadays you cant really find anything healthy convinience foods in supermarkets bc mostly they are full of sugar... like they want us to become fat.. It’s really awful:/ You put so much effort in every meal, thumbs up 👍🏽 By the way sorry for my bad english 😣🤗😄
yes.. there's a lot of sugar in everything. I think it's partly because the industry makes so much money of people who get sick and need medications, instead of preventing people from getting sick...
In my country is more common to cook our own food, and even tho that a lot of people have microwaves here are not considered good, we use it at work to heat the food that we cooked.
I love, love, love avocado toast too!!! I make it with a poached egg. Poached eggs are really easy to make. All you have to do is fill a pan up, like the one you have, but maybe a little deeper. Put some water in it and add just a little bit of vinegar. This helps the egg stay together. Crack your eggs and gently set them in the water. Don't worry, they will not spread all over the place. That's what the vinegar is for. Let them cook for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how soft or hard you want them and scoop them out with a slotted spatula. They turn out wonderful every time. Let me know if you try it. Love to watch your videos.
I would personally use a pot instead of a pan ^^ less messy, more compromised space but more depth. Also stir the water in one direction so you have that swirl (hope that is the right word, not a native speaker :D) and then gently put that egg into the water so it wraps around itself. Will get perfectly round after a few tries. Egg also needs to be fresh. If you just put it like that in the water it turns pretty uneven. In a pan it will most likely touch the bottom as well which it should not do
Also the water needs to be steaming but not bubbling. swirl it, put the egg in and turn of the heat. 3 minutes should be sufficient for the egg white to rinse and the yoke still completely runny
Could you do a video dedicated to your experience as a model and most exiting modeling jobs,..etc? Would really be interesting to know how you became so famous and made a name for yourself since starting out isn’t easy. Love you lots!!💞
✨Video idea for you✨ Can you make a „What I wore in a week“. I love your style. Would you do that show your daily outfits, even if you just have a relaxing day at home.😍
Thaaaaank goodness, a model who is not a raw vegan living off spirulina , but a human who eats food! Really am enjoying your channel! Thank you for being so real and not afraid to eat meat 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Kasey Estella she is a part of this planet too, fyi. Abd if this diet works for her health... well that is what matters. We are so focused on chickens that forgetting about humans lately.
Ok so I actually made this to the T annnnnnd. I mean I’m a whole different person after having this dish. I mean it was so good it made me believe in a better world like anything was possible. I recommend you guys try this because I love you all!. And I Love her for introducing me to this creation. Thank you S!🙏🏼
Actually that's sad that we say "organic products" vs "normal products" because guess what, originally organic is the normal stuff, without added substances ahahah. Loved the video :*
love your overall vibe, especially the part where you promote eating healthy without unhealthily restricting yourself. i definitely appreciate the whole idea behind eating organic, but i would like to encourage you to do some research on whole foods and look into their practices a little more in depth. i know a lot of food/plant science majors who are vehemently against whole foods and their business practices. a good, more eco-friendly alternative is shopping at farmer's markets in your area. you'll be supporting small businesses and greatly reducing your carbon footprint by shopping seasonal and local!
Love Avocado toast as well!! but I didn't add any seasoning to avocado though. I'll try it next time :) small suggestion, if you want green curry to be more authentic, try adding basil right before you turn off the heat. (You can also add lime leaf while boiling it too, but I think it's hard to find outside Asian grocery store)
I love watching your videos. You are not promoting diet. It’s more eating healthy. Please keep up . You give a lot of good ideas for my meal prep too. Thank you
I love your 'what I eat in a day' video's, mostly because you show the recipes too instead of only saying that you made avocado spread with toast and eggs. You inspire me to take the time for my breakfast instead of the typical 'fast dutch breakfasts' (toast with easy spreads)
I’m half French and half Thai so there is a little trick: you can put your curry paste into the oil to mix it well and cook it a bit and then add your chicken. But everything looks good !! Sorry for my English hope you enjoy this❤️
It's not so much 'how much' she eats, but 'what' she eats. She eats extremely clean, well-balanced whole foods; tons of vegetables/fiber, clean protein & healthy fats to satiate...
Hi this may seem weird but I struggle with planning ahead could you make a weekly meals video and show what you get at the shop over the week to help understand the amount of what to buy thanks x
Hi! Check out the meal prep video I posted in January! It’s a great start to prepping meals. I’ll come up with simple to make recipes soon too for weekly ideas! Xx
I absolutely LOVE your food videos! (And not because you’re a model.) I love your positive energy and beautiful smile too! Thanks for sharing your talents!
I keep coming back to this video just for the curry recipe! I've made it so many times and it always impresses... finally wrote it down in my personal recipe book!!
Sanne. You should consider publishing a cookbook. Seriously I have made a bunch of things from your different videos on RU-vid. And all are amazing! My favorite so far is the chicken curry. ❤... ps. I've also lost 15lbs eatting healthier. Thank you so much for the inspiration 😊
Good healthy food suggestions!! I do not eat after 6 in evening though. Maybe its different in NYC! Prefer to have my main meal mid day. And something light by 6pm. What is the nut brand with the coconut? Im back on on a plant based diet so would use tofu in lieu of the chicken. Many people say how do you get your protein then? Through veggies, tofu and once a week I allow myself to eat an egg through the local farm and deep water fish like salmon or cod. Your seasoning suggestions are superb and sometimes I add cumin, turmeric and ginger.
you’re the prettiest and sweetest woman i’ve ever seen :( i love you sooo much!! been a fan of you since the beginning (when you made youtube) thanks for all the nice videos!! you make me happy ❤️
I am so trying the cauliflower rice! I have had it mashed as a substitute for mashed potatoes and loved it then too! Thank you for your content ❤️☺️ hugs from the PNW!
I love your “what I eat in a day “ videos! Your recipes are simple, healthy, and seem super tasty! I’ve already tried a couple of your recipes and they’ve all been really yummy! I hope you keep making this videos :)
Poached eggs are easy to make. The secret is to put some vinegar in the water you’re going to boil before you put your cracked egg into it. The vinegar will keep your egg together. But I do love the taste of sunny side up eggs the best 😉
I'm so glad I recently found your channel, you are so inspiring 💞 Thank you so much for sharing this kind of videos with us ! "What I eat in a day" and "routine" videos are my favorite😻
A bit late to the video buuuttt.... I did make the curry and cauliflower rice and it was amazing! I am vegan however so I swapped out the chicken for tofu and broccoli. I will definitely be making this again! Thank you for sharing your meals with us, I'm so happy to finally see a model who actually eats!
