Looks so yummy! I love drinking a protein berry smoothie every morning. I add amla powder to it for some extra antioxidants and flaxseeds for their omega 3s. 😋
I've been vegan on and off since 2018. I recently started making everything vegan at home in the beginning of Jan. Haven't had dairy since Jan 20. I've lost like 10,,15,20 lbs
@@tereseczimbal8099 I've cut out diary from all animals and no animal meat of any kind. I've gone strictly vegan and make pretty much everything that I can at home.
@@tereseczimbal8099 I only use agave nectar for my liquid sweetener and use coconut sugar for baking as well and use organic cane sugar for my bread for now bc I'm new at bread making.

Can you recommend the blender you use that blends raw nuts and frozen/raw foods with no issues? I love your cookbook but my blender doesn't blend things smooth. I need a new one!
Need recipes, I love to cook but now I have limited time. My husband has had to go on disability since his serveral health issues. I am the only one working and have to care for him as well. My cholesterol is high and dealing with inflammation, we’re 55 and need a major change in diet Where can I find your complete recipes
I’m not hating but it’s completely different to the diet I choose. High sugar (that smoothie in that amount every day) No fat, carbs instead (via the sushi) Not much protein plant based foods Not much calories seems like it’s a weight loss diet. I wouldn’t wanna do this diet. Doesn’t match my goals nor what I consider as healthy for my body at least, but you do you of course.
The vegan teacher would definitely approve Btw this is not sopposed to be hate its just something i thought of at rhe back of my mind and her dishes are absolutely amazing
