I decided that it was finally time to cook my dream korean street food feast at home! All of my favorite korean street foods like tteokbokki, kimbap, mandu and odeng guk :) I had so much fun making all of these foods and it really brought me back to korean street food stalls. Tteokbokki ingredients:
- 3.5 cups water
- 6 dried anchovies (8 g)
- 1 medium size dashima (10 grams)
- 1 lb rice cakes (16 ounces) 500g
- 3 sliced fish cake sheets (125 grams)
- 2 sliced green onions (40 g)
Tteokbokki sauce Ingredients:
- 2.5 tablespoons gochujang (paste)
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- ½ tablespoon gochugaru (flakes)
- 1 ½ tablespoon oligodang
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon dashidah (optional)
