i know a lot of people werent feeling the ASMR vibe but i actually really enjoyed the sounds of you cooking and whispering, i thought it was super relaxing. i'd love to see more of that stlye of video just maybe without eating sounds??? would be a really nice middle ground
The asmr stuff is definitely something I don’t vibe with (especially the tteokbokki)- but it’s amazing that it brought you here! Your commentary nowadays has a comedy that doesn’t feel forced and your camerawork is awesome (literally, these must take forever to edit). I just wish I would stop watching your videos before bed because they always make me super inspired and damn hungry 🤭 Thanks for sharing!
My daughter this year started taking some Korean language courses at her school and has gotten so excited about learning Korean and Korean culture - she has brought home so many cute gifts from her teacher - I’m going to use some recipes from this video and surprise her with a Chuseok dinner next week and depending on how well it turns out - send in some thank you gifts for her teacher, wish me luck and Happy Chuseok!

Ahhhh I've been wondering if you were going to recreate the gan-jjajang from the most recent restaurant you went to because it looked so damn good (as does your typical fave restaurants as well), so thank you! Also I hope wherever you're going that you'll be missing Korean food is a new great adventure for you! I keep coming back to this video even though it's only been a couple of days since you posted it! I made the egg rice sauce and you are not kidding, even just a few hours in my fridge transformed the flavor! I would love to see you do some recipes with nurungji, it's always been such a comforting flavor and aroma for me, especially when my tummy is upset.

I would LOVE to hear you talk about rice!! Particularly if/how you keep your rice for leftovers or if the only way to not have weird hard rice is to make it fresh every time… I just don’t get how when you get rice from a takeaway place it seems to reheat better than when I make rice at home!!
