Everybody always raves about Costco rotisserie chicken...I tried it once and found it tasted like plastic. We tried it about a month later and still not good. Hubby says we tasting whatever it is they pump into it...anyway we do buy the ones at Superstore(Canada) and they are phenomenal😀 OMG ...THAT SALAD!!!!!😋
Sav, you look amazing after that cut! You must be pumped to lift weights again. (No pun intended) 😂 I am going to start a 6 week cut after I get back from a 7 night cruise, so any tips would help me. Did you have any cheat days during the cut, any days off of working out per week during a cut, etc…. Thank you for these videos! You are super inspiring, and I love your sense of humor too 😂😂 ❤❤
awe thank you queen! So kind of you! Yes I took days off - I do 2-3 rest days but I always got movement in like going for long walks :) And yes I would just fit my cheat meals into my macros!
Checking portions and weighing them to see how much I can eat per portion makes me realize how little snacks I can *actually* eat. Ignorance is bliss, totally. 😢

HI Sav, if you're cutting, try swapping out the whole eggs with egg whites and reduce your avocado consumption. Yes, they're healthy, but also high in calories. Another thing you can try is to eat your protein shakes instead of drinking them. I like mixing my protein powder with 0% Greek yogurt. Good luck!
Personally I love the healthy fats I get in avocados and the vitamins I get in egg yokes so I make sure it all fits my macros 🤍 to each their own ☺️ appreciate the tip though!

Sir Benton 😊 I eat very similarly lol minus the fact that I have celiacs hence gluten free and I am allergic to milk products and red meat 😅 Substitute the babybells by goat cheese and just regular fried chicken for me and it's all similar. You are right though it's not hard to eat healthy.
Omg Sav… there is definitely a vanilla sweet cream cold foam cold brew and my Starbucks tried to gaslight me into thinking there isn’t and that it’s just cream in the coffee. BUT if you go on the app, the sweet cream foam is on the menu. You aren’t wrong 😂
Sir Benton! (Hope I spelled that right) dang I went to the store yesterday and I knew I should have got some babybel cheese! I’m gonna have to go back cause you gave me some great ideas for lunch!
