Elle.. honestly thank you ❤️❤️ I had my little boy just a year ago and I was only 18, I absolutely LOVED being pregnant oh my goodness but no one ever told me about how postpartum can affect your life. It took me 14 weeks to even leave the house after my birth and my body is not the same. I was thin, face wasn't puffy and now.. I still have weight and struggle to get rid of it. I try to remind myself of my little boy but it's hard when you have to look at yourself in the mirror. I have a lot of stretch marks and hearing you talk about how you're confident makes me feel better about myself so thank you 💕 I am going to make sure I think of you talking about body image when I put myself down. Every woman is unique for what they go through and thank you for showing me that. And by the way you are absolutely glowing! I wish you all the best for your future and can't wait till little baby comes into the world! Saint and Romeo are going to be the best brothers! I send all my love 😘

Elle I am a 41 year old women and have watched you since your very early fitness days driving around in your tiny wee car watching you through all the dramas , them trying to cancel you twice , see you deal with the death of your mum and the births of your babies and embarking on the journey of your life and travelling all over the world. I can honestly say the growth you have achieved and the person you have become is incredible. It's so refreshing to see you being such a positive person in so many people's lives. I really needed your pep talk. Having had a bad MH period this year, ive put on maybe a stone and a half and just worry that no one will find me attractive anymore. I try and remind myself to shift that focus as i dont look at that in others, but it is so hard. We fall in love with who people are not what they look like. Thanks Elle❤️ xx

After losing my mum when I was 17, a year before you lost your mum, you have truly been such a positive ray of sunshine for me and have provided me with so much comfort and hope. Thank you so much. Ps. I’m a student nurse, the vein popping out on your leg is likely a varicose vein! About 1 in 3 adults have varicose veins so it’s really common, especially during pregnancy! They usually disappear after birth but even if it doesn’t, it’s completely normal and nothing to be self conscious of. As we both know, there’s so much more to life than the way we look. We only have one short life so let’s make the most of it and live our lives to the fullest for our mums. All my love xxx
I’ve been watching your video for years, I had my son in the RUH the day before saint was born🥺 In regards to saint not sleeping my son is going through the EXACT same thing. I’ve found cutting his naps completely has helped a lot and going outside playing for the last hour before bed really has helped. Considering they’re only a day apart I hope this helps and could show that it could be a big age related thing? All love 🩷

Same with my 3 year old, some nights shes up until 11 ...I think their little brains are just so active they have a hard time shutting off all their thoughts and activities from their day.

I have 5 children aged 16, 11, 10 and 7 year old twins and I found that bed time needs to be exactly the same every night, read the same book and make bedtime as boring as possible in a nice way, just make it exactly the same every night. Keep the lights dim and low and your voice calm and quiet, talk about the next day and what you might do. Then kiss goodnight and tuck in. Then leave the room. If he gets up just say “back to bed now” and put him back in bed. Don’t really say much or make conversation as you need to make sure that him getting up equally to nothing, make it boring so he thinks, well this is rubbish so he won’t get think that getting up is a fun thing to do. Then every time he gets up after just don’t talk but put him back in bed.
I know what you mean about bedtimes! My eldest is 5 and since turning 5 he refused to sleep in his room, decided he doesn’t like his bed, his curtains, walls everything !! It’s a battle at bedtimes we have to sit in with him till he goes to sleep, screams and shouts if we leave! Deffo a mental battle!
My grandson is 4 and he's waking up every night crying that he's scared of flamingos, monsters allsorts think it's an age thing, he starts school in Sept which he's not wanting to do now xx
I look after my nieces little girl, Eireann, a couple of days a week. I’ve done it since she was one she was 3 in January and her morning nap stopped around then. She used to really need it but then around 3 years we found that if she slept during the day she wouldn’t go to bed until much later in the evening. Once the naps stopped the proper bedtime returned.
My doctor always told me to avoid raw fish and runny eggs while pregnant. It was all i craved and i couldn't wait till i popped my baby out to have sushi and runny eggs again 😂
I'm yet to be a mum but hopefully soon and I've read up with pregnancy with what to eat and not but sure I read about not having runny eggs because there is more of a risk of salmonella is that right? just as I saw you having the poached egg.. just want some tips on it :)

YAY for JLS, I’m seeing them live next month!! ❤️💙💛💚hon another note I have an underactive thyroid. I was on a high dose during my pregnancy and then I got gestational diabetes and ICP which then gave me gallstones! But I would have another in a heartbeat. I have a 6 month old ❤

Just an observation about eating runny eggs while pregnant. In Usa they dont immunises against Salmonella so be careful also with all the antibiotic they have in their food

You're correct! Also ice cream cookie dough - cookie dough incorporates raw flour and sometimes raw eggs. Also, salads in restaurants that might not be washed thoroughly

Elle can u have eggs like that while pregnant? Because while I was they told me we couldn’t eat certain things and one of them was eggs like that.. had to have well done eggs all the time 😅😅
I think it's recently changed, in the UK we can have runny eggs when pregnant as long as they are produced under the British Lion Code of Practice, has a red lion stamp on the box, if that makes any sense 🤣 if its not got the stamp then its not safe in pregnancy because of bacteria. not sure what it's like in the US x
Hi Elle, it sounds like you might have varicose veins, I had it with both of my pregnancies. It was a lot worse with my second pregnancy, my whole right leg had veins popping out, it doesn’t look the nicest but as soon as I gave birth though it went! You don’t sound like you are worried but I just wanted to reassure you anyway, you will be fine and it will go away once you give birth. I love watching you and your family! Continue being you ❤️❤️

They recently changed it in the Uk to a no go due to a listeria outbreak I think it was, as my most recent pregnancy that was highlighted to me as my others it has been fine, but it maybe different in the US xx
Also didn’t think you could eat runny eggs tbh I was told that and read that in my first pregnancy onto my second now half way through and I haven’t touched runny eggs

Glad y’all are okay during the hurricane. My grandmas yard was torn up, trees uprooted everywhere. Thankfully she was at my aunts. My family live 10 min from the coast, SW of Galveston, south of Houston. Also all the food looked so yummy, you’re glowing ❤️

Love the outfit. For me the faff of taking off my whole outfit to go to the toilet multiple times in pregnancy would finish me off 🥵 I got a varicose vein in my groin in my second pregnancy as my second was so much bigger. It went after I gave birth ❤
