Sanne has a stellar relationship with food. She prepares light, nutritious, tasty meals, each day around specifc mealtimes. Once her plate is cleared, she doesn't get more food. The meal had concluded. A food relationship to aspire to.

That probably wouldn't be humanly possible. She meant 90 centimeters, which e.g. is a German size 34. I guess that's a size 0 in the US. Either way it's really small, especially if you're tall.

Taking a ginger shot now and then, is fine of course. It is not proven scientifically though, it boosts the immume system (which Sanne points out is the reason she takes it). There is some vitamin C in ginger, but it's very little, especially compared to other foods. More research has been done towards the effects of ginger when feeling ill. Taking some, might help when feeling ill due to pregnancy or while in the car. So, if you love a ginger shot, by all means take it, but it's not better than a bowl of blueberries or broccoli.
