3 eggs: 18g protein 2 scoop whey protein: 50g protein (25g+25g) 100gm paneer: 18-20g protein 1 chicken patty: 15g protein 100gm chicken: 27g protein (my assumption it's 100gm.) Total of 130gm. of protein

@@seemapanda If you count the total protein than it's way too more, be it's from total body weight or 1.5 the body weight. As well as these much protein intake is necessary when you do an intense heavy weight training.. Else it won't get fully utilised
@@axvishal The information you have on this is partial. The protein requirements for an active/ gym goer person ranges from 1.5-2.2g/kg of body weight. For people who are 'healthy' , it's around 2.5-3.3g/kg of body weight depending on their lifestyle and workout goals
calorie intake/day= 2500 😂 with healthy food. If you want to loose weight, try eating under your calorie deficit. It helped me a lot. This is way too much oily and not at all healthy.

Try time restricted eating start with 14-10 then 16-8 then build your way upto 20-4 and eat all that you are eating in the video. It will 2x the results! The idea is to blunt insulin (which is a storage hormone) and then let your body kick in ketosis naturally by using your own body fat (which happens post 14 hours of water fasting). Give it a shot for a week and see the change! :) P.s - Those commenting this is unhealthy and oily are nuts. Just keep in mind limit or eliminate wheat/maida, No seed oils. Cook in ghee, butter, coconut oil and olive oil only.

Didi Ekdin pe bht jyada protein bhi acchi nhi hote hain....eggs two liya kijiye...and chicken fish or paneer din me koi bhi ek liya kijiye. ....deit accha rahega..
You are taking very high protein in a day , and also taking a whey protein. So better divide your protein meal in alternate day some time the huge amount of protein are not easily digest, which effect our health
