@@alexraymond-en4dd that’s fine, but she shouldn’t say “this is my breakfast” when it’s not a breakfast at all and it’s just showing people unhealthy eating habits.
@@cassywalls break fast means breaking your fast. it doesn’t matter what she is eating or drinking as break fast, if it has calories, the fast is broken.
I know some people will say the orange juice for breakfast is a bit too much But for certain people depending on their body type, they aren’t very hungry in the morning. And usually they have fruit or something at around 10 and just skip over to lunch
this looks like a great day of eating with lots of food! Some people don’t like to eat breakfast, for me, it’s my most important meal, but everyone is different!
Am I the only one that eats little to nothing for breakfast? I’m not hungry in the mornings. And personally, I think she eats a normal amount of food.😅
Lots of people skip breakfast: mostly dieters, who are eating late at night because they've been dieting all day. It's not healthy to skip or undereat breakfast.
I do get her for having just orange juice for breakfast because sometimes people don’t have a very big appetite or just get morning sickness which is very normal so yall just gotta live with it
Im not a breakfast person, mainly because i dont get hungry in the mornings but if i do eat then i feel weirdly sick. if she only has oj for breakfast it is not your place to comment because you dont know her body type and she can easily make up the missed calories throughout the day
The research is quite clear: people who eat breakfast every day, and who eat at least 3x day, spread out over the day, have better health outcomes. Many people diet by day, then binge at night, causing them to not be hungry in the morning. Skipping breakfast is a set up for bingeing at night.
Thank you for writing that! Agreed. What do you enjoy for breakfast, typically, if I may ask? For me, it's tomato juice, a fruit and juice smoothie (oj, ban, strawbs), 2 bowls of cheerios, then 2 bowls of granola or Great Grains. Or a bagel and cream cheese instead of the granola.
Stop being pissed. Not everyone eats breakfast and that’s fine. I also usually have some juice or soups for breakfast cuz I get morning sickness easily. Her eating looked healthy and normal ..
yall dont bash the oj for breakfast thats me most days also u dont know if shes in a rush even if she isnt it’s common for people to only have a drink or no breakfast
The breakfast was an OJ . Ok somepeople don't eat breakfast , are nauseous or whatever but the lunch was the size of a toddlers meal . Plus rhe fact that she needed to show her body to make the teenagers think that" this is what one eats to get this body " . This is not normal guys . If one has an actual job or on their feet and not just drives to the gym gor a 60sec reel , then your food shouldnt look like this . These people should stop misinforming people esp. young children to follow such lifestyles without a single diaclaimer .
just a reminder eating like this won’t make you twins with her, like if u eat one donut ur not gonna be fat and if u eat a salad u won’t turn skinnylicious
Mmmhh, you eat orange juice for breakfast… if you want to be healthy, that’s not right to drink only orange juice for breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal in the day so you should get great breakfast. Plus if you are working out and you drink only orange juice, you are not gonna feel good after your workout so eat good breakfast 👍🏼🫶🏼
Eating disorder professionals consider skipping or undereating breakfast to be Disordered Eating. It's a set-up for bingeing at night, then being too full for breakfast the next morning. It can become a vicious cycle: the Diet/Binge Cycle, which harms health. To break the cycle, have a few bites of breakfast (such as banana or cereal) then wait 20 minutes, to see if hunger kicks in, to have a bit more. This reduces night eating, making it easier to gradually eat more breakfast each morning, til eating a full breakfast each morning. Decades of research show that people are healthiest who eat at least 3 meals per day, spread out, and snacks in between, as needed for hunger,
@@katerina_._58 While I seem to comprehend that from your point of view the daily consumption of her meals may not be suitable or sufficient for everyone, I wasn’t commenting on it as a whole. What I’m stating is that the avocado toast with salmon looks delightful. The banana with yogurt and the topping of what looks to be a chocolate nut butter looks rich yet likely a healthy option compared to possible alternatives. And the rice bowl full of vegetables looks amazing and is likely full of nutrients. For me those select dishes look pretty fantastic.
