what an amazing video once again. was feeling kinda overwhelmed and this was so calming and relaxing :) also it always makes me so happy to see how organized and full of beautiful ingredients and calm activities like pilates your life is. i know its probably not like this everyday but its still such a source of inspiration for me :) also, every time I watch your videos I always think it would be so cool to have you come up with whatever you feel like, whether its a book on your youtube journey/health journey, a recipe book or a food brand. I would absolutely adore any of these, or whatever else :) its because I can't think of anyone that combines follow latest science on wellness and nutrition but making it easy, fun and accessible and calm at the same time. I envy people who can drink tea in the evening. I can't drink much after 8pm else I'm up multiple times in the night 🤣 (weak bladder) I miss out on all the bedtime teas 😩 my boyfriend loves the yogi tea soothing caramel if you've not tried it Hannah 😘 I love the ginger one straight after dinner.

A bit disappointed she kept in the 'bloated' section. I know she acknowledged that it may not look bloated but she felt it. But from someone who struggles with body image it really triggered me... Otherwise I do love the healthy vegan vibes as it's hard to find online
I appreciate this I really do which is why I said I DONT look bloated, but there’s only so much I can cut out of videos or avoid showing or saying to make sure everyone is happy all of the time before my content becomes… not me at all. X
@@HannahAdkins Hi, I didn't post to upset or offend you so please don't take it to heart and I can empathize on your comment about keeping everyone happy while keeping your content authentic, I wouldn't want to be in your shoes posting online but by putting yourself out there you do have some what of a responsibility to safeguard your target audience. I do enjoy your videos and the effort you put in, but that one shot of a slim healthy body and you saying you felt bloated is triggering, as someone who has fluctuated in their weight over the years and has struggled with body image, it's just hard to watch without being triggered... Again this was only meant to show another perspective and not as a dig. Feel free to delete my message if it's upsetting, I hope you have a lovely weekend
No I didn’t take offence at all! Of course not, I totally get where you’re coming from, I just wanted to explain my perspective too and only left it in to show that I don’t have ‘perfect’ gut health all the time. xxxxx
We cannot afford to be so zoned in on our own problems that we expect everyone to accommodate them. You cannot expect her to not be herself just because it makes you uncomfortable. It's unfair to her.
