First of all, you are adorable. lol! I REALLY love how you are open and unjudgemental. The other raw vegans (cough, cough Freelee, cough, Kristina, cough... sorry. scratchy throat) are all like, "If you don't do this, you're wrong! You're gonna DIEEE!!!!" THANK YOU for NOT doing that! lol. I will definitely sub to you. One thing before I go... Woman, by 8 am you have already had like, a gallon of liquid. How do you NOT have to pee every thirty seconds?? lol ;)
I'm fifteen and getting more and more into the vegan/raw vegan lifestyle because I just feel like it's such a positive and healthy way of living. Since I started changing my died, I have so much better skin, I don't feel so bloated anymore, I'm a lot happier and feeling the best I ever have! 🌺💞
I've struggled with an eating disorder for awhile now, and I'm thinking about going vegan. I want to do this, because I want to eat better and feel better physically and mentally. Here we goooooo :)
+Kirsten Churchill you should try it without telling them anything, I doubt they'd notice!I struggled with an eating disorder for years and since I became vegan I have been happier than ever! The eating is completely guiltless and every day I love my body more because of it!!!
You have no idea how much I appreciate your attitude, especially you saying that you simply eat this way because it makes you feel better, but you're not a doctor or nutritionist and don't want to say one diet works for everyone....THANK YOU!! Seriously, nobody would hate vegans if they were all like you
I love how you're so open and kind about your diet. Most vegans I've watched on RU-vid just seem to yell their opinions and shame those who do have the same diet. I really appreciate the way you endorse your diet! Lots of love from Alaska
+kimmidoll123 watch Gary Yorufsky's speech called "Best speech in the world" or something like that. It will give you the motivation to start a vegan diet!
I LOVE THIS!! I just became a vegan last week! I AM going to the store tomorrow to get some veggies to make some of your delicious recipes. Thank you!!
Your what I eat in a day videos are seriously some of the best I've ever seen! So beautiful and peaceful and inspirational! I love it! Would love to see more of them!
I love how you don't shove your diet down people's throats and make others feel bad for eating certain foods-- because everyone has their own preferences in their diet and need more of different nutrients! Awesome!!

What I like about you is that you mentioned there is no one diet for everyone. Some people try to force their preferred diet to everyone else, and it is refreshing to hear you say why this particular diet works for you. Thank you.
Finally I see what another vegan eats! i always feel self conscious about how much I eat but when you're mainly eating fruits and vegetables it's impossible not to make larger portions and eat more often. Thanks for posting:)
damn girl ! I live in Toronto as well and vegetables are not cheap especially the organic ones! I would go broke so fast if I ate like this but very inspiring nonetheless :)
No need to buy organic. Normal fruits/vegetables are enough if you don't have much money, you don't need to push it if you can't : ) also, I'd suggest to buying in bulk and use coupons, it can make you save too!
+cumensu, word... to walk out of the grocery store with 2-4 pounds of top sirloin, or rib-eye steaks would need to spent 20-50 dollars easy. 2pound tri-tip loin is 24-30 dollars. Hell even foster farms chickens are like 12 or 14 dollars. Just a few cuts will double or triple my bill at the register.
lilserbogirl4eva i dont think that was a lot of food compare to freelee the banana girl and also they were low in calories therefore needed to eat a huge amount of it
lilserbogirl4eva Are you for real? I was wondering how she could eat so little. I highly doubt she's ingesting anywhere near 2000 kcal a day, and if she's not in a weight loss diet that's a very small amount. But well, metabolisms. If I ate that I'd probably faint lol But as long as she feels okay...
+lilserbogirl4eva Seriously? Haha.. I thought it wasn't that much. When she said something like how we're thinking about how much she eats.. all she had was like liquids?
wow! all of that look AMAZING! i'm vegan and i have never thought that theres so many options for meals... nor really tried to make any of these before, but i will sure try to make these now. thank you!
I just recently discovered your videos by HealthNutNutrition and I have to say, I love your videos too much! They all look so appetizing and they're so healthy! I found out about 2 months ago that I have Celiac disease after looses about 30 lbs the doctors were able to find out what was wrong with me, and can't have gluten at all and your videos really help give me ideas, Thank you for sharing!
I love your videos! I just filmed my first what I eat video on my iPhone and made it casual and it was still a bit difficult!! I use iMovie but I'm not a big fan. I think I might need to switch to final cut... I can't wait to see your video!
I'm not vegan but i subscribed to your channel. youre the only one i can watch and enjoy. i appreciate you not pushing a vegan life style on everyone. keep up the great work!
Be careful with things acidic like lemon water first thing in the morning !! With nothing else in your tummy it can harm the lining of your stomach ❤️❤️
Sonia Marie Alarcon The taste is acid but it’s basic for your stomach. Please do some research, you will see how it’s amazing. I hope you will give it a try.
HOW DO I GET MYSELF TO LIKE GREEN JUICE? Seriously I can barely drink one sip without puking. I need to add a shit ton of fruit but I feel like that kinda defeats the purpose lol
+Lindsay Baker I used to hate green juices as well but i tried to do them adding A TON of lemon juice or mint and it makes it better. I drink apple, spinach and lemon juice and its pretty good because you cant really taste the spinach
+Lindsay Baker I make a juice with 1 apple, 1/2 cucumber, 2 stalks of celery, a big handful of spinach and ginger... It's delicious and refreshing and tastes like apple juice :)
There are some insanely nice Recipes! If you use baby leaf spinach, banana, apple, celery, cinnamon, lemon, and mint. Omg it's awesome! Also: Add some berries.
Thank you! but you've made me hungry watching this now! lol You must try organic white wine vinegar or better still plain white vinegar! with lemon juice & extra virgin olive oil as a salad dressing too. It would make even plain lettuce taste delicious & so moreish! Have just subscribed to your channel
Gili Cohen I'm really not a fan of juices, they're full of nutrients but they're also full of sugar without any fibre. I'd much rather have a smoothie, not removing the fibre means everything is digested slower so you're still getting the same nutrients just without the sugar spikes, plus you'll be fuller for longer.
We tried your Mexican pilaf and zucchini hummus recipes. They were an instant hit! And I like the zucchini hummus much better than the traditional one with chickpeas. Thank you!! 🙂🙌🏼
+Eileen LeValley She probably does not spend a DIME on meds and doc bills! ;) Buying in bulk gets you discounts, eating seasonaly ensures cheapest and highest quality available, fresh produce is always cheaper than packaged goods, plants are much cheaper than meat/dairy/animal products! It's less expensive than you think! :)
+SPACEMONKEY288 Me too ! meat is so expensive! I've always wanted to go vegan, because I don't wear anything from animals, and I use vegan beauty products, but I'm on the verge to anemia and the doctor says nuts won't cut it *sigh*
Captain Cici you just gotta look into what your body needs and look up different fruits veggies nuts or wheat, the plant kingdom gives you everything your body wants and needs. or just look up vegan recipes lol ive made and tryed a couple there actually really good, leave me feeling happier and more energized to. not sure if others feel the same but i feel good after a healthy meal lol
Captain Cici Taking nutrition advice from a Doc is a very bad idea as most aren't trained more than a handful of hours in that particular field... A plant based lifestyle is IDEAL for many deficient diet issues! :) We should all be eating at least a pound of greens a day!? Are you?! Pairing those greens with fresh vitamin C rich foods ensures you absorb as much as your body can... Whole food iron supps FOR A TIME/AS A CRUTCH as you get your levels back up is also a good idea! Get advice from a naturopath or a holistic nutritionist. Docs know a lot, but nutrition wise, they shouldn't be your first stop! Vx #GoVegan #ItsTime ;)
I really want to make the effort this year to be vegan and change my life forever with my husband. We haven’t been healthy for a really long time now and I hope this will turn things around. ✌🏼
A trick to keep your bananas fresh longer - tear them apart and put saran wrap on the tips. the reason they go bad is because gases (i forget which) are released through the stems, which makes them go brown. I have been doing this for awhile myself now, and it really works:) if you google "how to keep bananas fresh" I'm sure you'll find some more detailed evidence if you choose to do so
Hi I'm 14 and I'm a vegetarian working my way to vegan even just being vegetarian for a month now there's been a difference do you have any tips though for the change from vegetarian to vegan
At first I got a lot of vegan alternatives like vegan yogurt, almond milk, vegan ice cream (I love So Delicious) and vegan cheese and eggs. That stuff can be expensive but helpful at first. It's really not that bad. You can eat Oreos if you live in the US and almond chocolate milk by Blue Diamond killed chocolate and sweet cravings. Now I just casually eat cereal just make sure it has no honey, toast, bagel (just not egg bagels), PASTA, salads (careful of dressings), veggies, and fruit. Chips, pretzels, non-buttered popcorn, rice, TOFU. It's really just a balance of carbs and veggies and fruit. I can rarely think about dairy anymore. It just seems gross to me. If u need encouragement, watch some vegan vids. I love bitesizevegan. Good luck and stay happy with this amazing lifestyle!
Ive been vegetarian for about 3 years im about to be 16 and i just started being vegan! I just wanna wish you luck on ya journey and say how awesome it is to see other youngsters like me standing up for something as important as the environment, animal life or even just your own health. GO YOU 😩🙌🏼👏🏼
Maddie Grace I also became a vegan at age 14 and 3 years later I can say I regret nothing. The most important thing is to educate yourself on all the nutritions you need and of course remeber that in these early stages mistakes might happen but dont let them set you back. Good luck ☺
Okay, one I love the Russian accent. two, I live in Canada too! three, I clicked like before the first quarter of the clip was ever over. I love your physical presentation and most importantly the product you produce. you seem very down to earth and you just helped me on my road to veganism! subscribing as I speak.
DDelilahM This is the direct link to all the recipes: bit.ly/1Hubwd5 If you scroll down to the bottom of that blog post, you'll see the ingredients and directions for all recipes in this video. Let me know if you're still having trouble finding it! :)
I'm suffering from candida and it's so scary. I'm now making the transition into a healthy diet. I hate vegetables but I'm optimistic and determined. Going to watch your videos and get this rolling. ❤️
Thank you for this, and thank you for sharing your knowledge. I am newer coming back to eating this way and it is so nice to have all your yummy recipes
I can't wait to finish my invisalign treatment so that I can snack again... I miss it sooo much, all I can do is binge eat to meet my time requirement for the day. I'm excited to try your recipes, especially those beautiful green soups and dips.
Really enjoyed your video and your meal planning ideas. I am battling to eat a healthy vegan mostly raw diet after falling off the wagon with a stressful job and your video is a great reminder there are delicious and simple recipes I can make.
Are there any vegan fitness channels for men? (other than vegan gains). I want to become vegan, and I'm currently learning and would like a channel that I can relate too. There's so many channels with girly vibes/recipes. I'm interested in a vegan channel related to budget recipes (since i'm in college) Thanks!
Powsimian, potato strong, drewlikesrice, lee gaines, Tim shieff, bananiac, minimal pro, vegan health fitness, simply vegan, plant based athlete, Jason pizzino, theglucosenetwork... And way more hahah
+Hereford Johnson CamandNina are a couple and I absolutely love their channel! They follow a high carb vegan diet so it's definitely worth checking out :)
Nope, a good juicer will only remove the fiber leaving a nutritious juice. However, some studies show that fiber optimizes nutrient absorption, maybe that's what you're thinking about
This helped inspire me, as I have had the issues along with autoimmune for too too long now. Going to make the switch with you and your meals.. Thank you for putting this together and out here.
+Meredith Olin Yeah, it made me sad seeing all the fiber slough out of the juicer just to be discarded. That's part of the reason those foods are desirable in the first place!
isnt the fiber good for regularity? i mean i would never throw that fiber away, i just think people want things to be too smooth and they are picky not realizing they are throwing away the good stuff
That was beautiful, honestly. I go to college so that I can afford nice homemade meals for my family in the future like this and time to make them. Amazing !
I keep coming back to watch your "what I eat a day". I love how you make your videos! love you Olga. I really love your personality. I wish I could meet you someday.
I really hate when people say eating healthy is expensive. I bought all healthy foods, no meat, mostly veggies yesterday & it was only $40! & the groceries will last me almost 2 weeks. People can't admit that they're just lazy & don't want to do the research.
missbelledujour I actually tried to prove you wrong by searching to actual peer-reviewed articles, but it's true... Lemons are not alkalizing lol. Crazy how many nutrition myths are out there. Imma still drink my lemon water doee
Michelle Hendricks I read this somewhere too! So if I have gastritis, should I still drink lemon water because I'm curious as to whether it would irritate my stomach before it metabolizes?
hi, Im so excited to try your recipes, have considered going raw and I can really relate to a lot of digestive issues. Im so hopeful now Ive been changing my diet slowly to eating clean no more food allergies
Hi! I was wondering how I should get my B12 vitamins if I'm going vegan....I have heard that it's almost only in animal based products. Does anyone know what I can eat instead?
lemon juice is highly acidic... not alkaline. lemons have pH of 2-3.. water has a pH of 7.4 mix them together you will get a lemon water solution of 5-6pH.
Frankenscuzz 2:29 she clearly writes high alkaline suggesting it has a pH of above 7.8. Additionally, it just looks like she on a liquid diet, with loads of supplements. Dont think this is "healthy" at all, especially not if you have a physical job. Maybe this diet will give a blogger the energy they need.
Lemon is alkaline forming food. There is a difference between alkaline and alkaline forming food.Alkaline food do not have to be alkaline to start with but their effect on the body is what counts!
It is my first time in your channel and I just loved it! I became really vegetarian three months ago and I am trying to become vegan! I live in Brazil and I am in love with your recipes and channel. Keep posting!
2:30 says lemon water is highly alkaline. That is incorrect. Lemons are acidic, not alkaline. I'm not arguing it's not healthy for you, but simple litmus paper would tell you that's just a factual mistake.
+Troye Sivan I'm sorry I don't quite understand what you're trying to say. The stomach is naturally full of acid, and lemons are acidic. Nothing about that combination will turn anything alkaline.
Lemons are acidic but inside the body when they have been fully metabolized and their minerals are dissociated in the bloodstream, their effect is alkalizing and therefore raises the pH of body tissue. Just google it - there is a lot of good information on this.
@fablunch Regarding Multivitamins, I highly recommend Garden Of Life or New Chapter. They are a bit pricey but are 100% whole food based, sprouted and/or fermented. If you try the Garden of Life protein powder, it already has a lot of vitamins which is what I do but then I also take an extra vitamin B complex and vitamin C. It is okay to take extra B & C. But be sure to use buffered or Ester-C. Your video is really awesome! I love it! I see how healthy you and look. Many blessings to you 💚
I GOT TIRED JUST BY WATCHING IT..!! ..IT SEEMS AS A FULL TIME JOB.. WHO DOES SPENT SO MUCH TIME..THE WHOLE DAY PREPARING 1 MILLION DIFFERENT DISHES..?????..
Madi Paul I'm guessing that English is their second language so let's give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they are just confused how someone could do all of that in addition to doing a full time job. I also wondered that. Granted, I'm slow at cooking and don't have a dishwasher so perhaps that explains it.
+Ever curious: Michelle my parents always had 2 jobs when I was growing up, they always found time to cook at home. It's all about priorities. Not to mention it was too expensive to always go out to eat or buy processed food.
Because if you eat small portions, then you'll start craving more food preferably the unhealthy junky foods. So it's important you stock up frequently.
I have been thinking of going vegan because all those factory farm videos of chickens in discussing caged and cows with there throats slit. But I feel like I would never be able to eat most sandwiches. I don't know because I really hate vegetables:p
I used to hate vegetables when I wasn't a vegetarian! Your taste buds are used to all the trashy food you eat and you don't get the real great flavor or veggies! I used to hate mushrooms before being a veg now I love them so much, your taste buds change once you give them better food :)
+Spring Howell look up dr mcdougall! fill up on starches and beans and lentils and potatoes and stuff like that...doesnt ever hurt to add in some greens but yeah im not huge on vegetables myself haha thhink its a bad misconception that vegans or vegetarians are just like obsessed with vegetables haha. if you dont care about the health overly vegetable aspect but want to be vegan for the animals and the planet there are tons of meat and cheese substitutes that im obsessed with!! the sliced turkey and sausages can taste so realistic! look up the brands field roast, gardein, tofurkey, daiya :D
this is why I can never go vegan! I mean im. obsessed with these videos and I love the life style and I dream to be one one day but I cant eat so little! im not overwieght but I neeeeddd carbs especially in the morning! I can never be satisfied with veggies only!! it would just make me sick!
Well then make the switch slowly. See if there's any replacements to milk or meat that you enjoy and then incorporate it. You can still enjoy pasta, chocolate, oats, burgers, pizza, cashew-based cheese and other filling food as a vegan. Just see what you like and take time with it!
+veryfancydoily yes im going to try that! My problem was that I thought vegan meant raw till 4 only. ive done my research and they are completely different. Thank you for your comment
you dont have to eat just veggies though, whats wrong with eating rice and pasta and potatoes and all the yummy starches? you don't really meat to get your carbs girl
When you juice, you're trying to get a ton of nutrients in at once instead of spending all day eating that same amount of food. She's getting tons of fibre the rest of the day
i am new to your channel. I have bpd and have quite recently discovered that all sugary or processed foods make some of my symptoms like stress, anxiety, anger, depression and lathargy worse so i am slowly going vegan as already i am noticing a positive difference after only 2weeks on a plant based diet. Im so glad i stumbled upon your channel to find you suffer from some of the same problems, after struggling to find different new recipes to try out here you are -cant wait to try them. keep up the great work x👍👏👏 Sarah (UK)
