Hello!!!!!! I've realllllly been trying to eat clean & try and lose a little bit of body fat & I'm super proud of my progress so far!!! I hope you guys enjoy this vlog & maybe get some easy, healthy meals that y'all can do at home!!!

I LOVE your videos!! You are extremely inspiring to young girls and that means your actions and words heavily impact them. I know you mean NO harm in suggesting ways to lose fat and get shredded. You are just trying to help. However, these words can contribute to disordered eating. That is why I challenge you to inspire young girls to workout and do abs to “feel healthy” and that healthy is not only the way that you LOOK!! Anyone that has gone from not having abs to having abs knows it does not change your happiness or overall self worth. You have so many young athletes following you, encourage them in other ways than their physique to want to be healthy and workout!! :) Keep doing what you’re doing, you are meant to inspire people.

Since quarantine I have actually being eating healthier and working out my breakfast is a veg omelet and one piece of toast and some fruit I might add some rice ever now in again and for lunch/dinner I usually have baked chicken rice and vegetables with water and if I don’t feel like eating dinner I just drink a smoothie. That is just one of the couple of meals I eat I promise I eat more than that

little tip on the tortillas but warm them up on the stove util the bottom of the tortilla is like a little steamy then flip with your hand or a something then wait till its steamy again then turn of youstive and thats it u have a warm tortilla.They taste better this way.

Not sure if you took your tomatoes out of the fridge, but they’re not supposed to be in the fridge. I’ll have to try the pepper with my toast, i normally make guacamole for the week and spread that on my toast. I also add cayenne pepper, hemp hearts, and everything but the bagel seasoning. So glad you popped up on my recommended section, you gained a new sub! Haha.

Here in Dallas we’re still on stay-home recommendations, but we’ve always been allowed to go to the parks as long as a 6 foot distance is maintained. There are police out patrolling to ensure.
