Ayurvedic Chikitsa aur upachar ke sath sath paustik khana-pena bhi jaroori hai. Yaha ke khane ko har kisi ke Aarogya aur Swasthya ko dhyan me rakh ke banaya jata hai. Ayurved me shakahari khana, mausami phal aur sabziyan, Sabhi prakar ke Anaj aur sabut masaloka instemal kiya jata hai. Aur ishi prakar ka khana maine is poori din me khaya hai.
