Yes yes yes to the salted caramel smoothie! I absolutely adore the Tropeaka Salted caramel. I also love the pump protein in chocolate. I prefer it over the lean chocolate protein for flavour. You seem to have the same pregnancy cravings I had! Frozen banana smoothies were my jam. Honey I just had one more question. Was just wondering how your Mr Zimi dress has washed up? I saw that they are mostly all made of viscose which is notorious for shrinking!
Yeah cold banana smoothies are life 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I’ve always found when washing my mister Zimi, if you give it a steam/iron when it’s dry it comes back to its normal size 👌🏼👌🏼♥️

The Natural Mama Method the cookbook is amazing!! i have both of them and literally swear by it. you can 1000% get every ingredient in the US they aren’t uncommon ingredients, and if you can’t find it, just google sub ingredient for ‘x’
Love your videos... can I just caution you that I was told not to consume any honey during my pregnancy by my doctor up until my son turned 1 year old due to breastfeeding. I was told by my son's pediatrician to give him honey after he turned 1. Much love, all the best to you!

I would recommend you start with my first book Elsas Wholesome Life because it has lots of nutrition info in the beginning plus some great basics and easy recipes. The Global Vegan is great for the second purchase because it’s a bit more explorative with different ingredients and cuisines :)

Haha thank you! We think it’s a pretty cute name too! 😘 i did it for 3 weeks, it was a fun challenge but honestly wayyyy too much work and felt crappy midway through. It’s definitely not something I would do again that’s for sure! I love all macronutrients in moderation! 🤤👌🏼🍚🥖🥔

I love your recipes and the chilli looks delicious!! Just a query about the cooking of the capsium, as a dietitan do u think their is a big loss of the vitamin c etc in the capsium as it's heat/water soluble or not so much as your consuming the liquid. Would it be better to add it in later?? Thank you! :)
If it’s the Vitamin C you are after then yes, but honestly in a healthy plant based diet you will get more than enough Vitamin C in your fresh fruits and veggies! It’s up to you really! You could instead serve up your veggie chilli with a fresh diced tomato and capsicum salsa on top! (With lime juice!)

I’ve never seen it in stores :( just in my marley spoon boxes, I’m on the hunt for it though because it’s so yummy to cook with! You can try make those balls with a blended mix of : shiitake mushrooms, TVP, soy sauce, coconut sugar and salt and pepper!

If you we’re always hungry then something was wrong. I do miss some foods but there are replacements for everything. Maybe you should try it again but with some support from a nutritionist

Soy Milk? Are you sure you should be drinking that while you are pregnant? How about Oat, Coconut or Almond milk instead? Soy is a hormone disruptor. Not good for you or the baby. Avocado Toast. Thumbs Up!
