as I express in the video this is a very low cal day for me and is not to be compared to!! this is why you don't skip breakfast so you make sure you get those calories in! but like I said this really is a one of day for me as sometimes you won't feel 100% so while it is good to listen to your hunger levels it is important to make sure you are feeling your body even if you don't feel 'hungry'
snacks: medium latte from Starbucks - 193 cals
magic stars - 180 cals
tru fru rasberries - 120 cals
lunch: pitta with crispy chicken, salad, perinaise & chilli jam - 527 cals
dinner: prawn stir fry & chicken gyozas - 590 cals
around 110g of protein in the end
