IF is also not for me. I try to eat in 1 hour after wake up. I only take my dog for a short walk before breakfast and I eat a normal big meal.

I think you mean the one from one of Anna's previous vlogs, that would be 50-60 g oats, 30 g protein powder, 1 or 2 tbsp chia, 60-180 ml milk of choice and an egg. Microwave for 1-2 min and top with fruit, pb or anything you like. Oh and by the way, hi fellow 1989 stan! 💕

I buy capsules for my nespresso machine from D•Origen, a specialty coffee roaster in Barcelona. They are organic and the capsules are bio degradable! No metal in them at all.

Hey! I can recommend recommend an aeropress! You can make filter style coffee or you can and espresso power and less water and you have an espresso style! I love it and use it at home

My cousin is literally scared of fruits and vegetables. Apparently its a thing. She was told by her doctor its a legitimate fear. She couldn't even be around people that were eating them . Back in the day i would chase her with an apple .. she would scream and cry. However... She is fit and ran first in Australia for solo dancing and cheer. I dont understand how she is so fit and healthy considering she only ate rice with soy sauce almost every day for lunch and dinner.

If you open soft-boiled eggs under water, it'll peel better. Try and get under that layer of skin between the egg and the shell :)

Hi recently I got recommendation from one good doctor that the best timing for drinking coffee is after 9.30 since our cortisol is high in the morning so why to kill him. 😅
