I eat various different things everyday and in this video I am sharing what I am eating today in the whole day. I try to balance my diet but do not obsess over it. It is OK to cheat at times if you are doing it in moderation. Hope you like the video!

Bread khane me jo maza hai wo kisi me nhii hai... I agree completely.... Before watching your video I was like ,dekh to rahe hu but I know sab healthy healthy overhyped hoga jo practically ghar me possible nhi ho pata hai but when I saw your video I was smiling and happy to see that it was realistic for normal homemakers like us also who have to look after kids home everything all day

Chaavi, ur vlog seems to be a real day of every individual's life. There were no fancy salads and soups which we Indians can't take it as dinner. It was a perfect day meal plan. Love you for your reality🥰

I would recommend everyone to eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables especially green vegetables .drink milk .avoid junk food . Exercise daily. And drink lots of water. I have done a course on nutrition for the community. You can ask me anything about diet and maintaining good health.thanks for reading my comment.

@@richasachan0903 hiii Richa. I understood your concern dear. You should eat a diet based on vegetables and fruits (all fruits and vegetables )plus dairy products. Fruits and vegetables are low in calories and are very filling which will prevent gaining more weight. Include milk ,cheese ,curd ,whole grains in your diet. Drink lots of water (8 to 10 glasses a day). Avoid caffeine and beverages Which are caffeinated. And the most important thing you have to exercise daily . Further avoid highly processed foods such as hot dogs,cakes, cookies etc. The simpler your food choices are the better it would be dear.highly processed foods have high calories which are unwanted. Eat nuts and dry fruits. Includes iodine and zinc compulsorily. Use ionised salt. Ok dear. A combination of the right nutrients plus exercises will help restore thyroid function and minimise your health problems 😊. Lots of love. Take care. I am with you. @Shilpa I eat 2 salat and 2 fruit on daily basis. Have stopped eating junk and cold drinks and oily stuff since last 5 years. I also don't eat sweets and tea coffee as I'm not fond of these. I Eat home cooked food only. Bfr lockdown use to eat outside like once in 3-4 months. I'm not able to do much exercise but do walking for 1/2 hr. Still not able to get rid of double chin and belly fat

@@richasachan0903 your diet as you mentioned is really good. Continue same.i think the major issue Is exercise and less dairy products. U can try easy yoga postures and increase your walking time .do simple exercises. do your household chores . Meditate. Do you drink sufficient milk? And what Abt curd or buttermilk....do let me know if u take these sufficiently. Then I'll be able to suggest further.

I take sufficient dairy products like curd and paneer. I don't take milk at all. Don't like it. Earlier was doing yoga and walking but due to COVID had to stop that. Now do little walking and yoga at home. also I've been doing all household work on my own since years. And I'm following this diet only. It's been 5 years I'm following this diet and exercise. Still no difference

I will be honest with you, when I started your video I was like yeah, let's watch one more fancy diet of a celeb, but you kept it so real and easily available, which also busted the myth that you have to count every bite you eat to attain a body like a celeb. Working out and eating as much as your body needs is enough to stay fit. Lots of love to you 🤗

You have a lot of coffee and not much water through the day.....and you could air fry the kofte... the taste may not be as great, but if you are working out and taking care of everything you eat...its best to stick to a healthy routine..Cheers to a great healthy life ahead!

I must say this is so realistic. The food is so accessible. Nothing like omg. Like can't do this or that. Mera bhi yehi kehna hain that the food is for soul. And you can't let it starve if you want better and logical concentration in your work.

Caffeine first thing in the morning is not good be it with or without milk. It wud be nice if you can replace it with warm lemon water with honey and chia seeds. Take care of your health. You are the youth icon for women

Good one. But as far as I remember in your vlog, you once said about 7 rule. One shouldn't eat anything after 7 pm except milk. But here ur eating dinner @9pm. You know it's a little bit of confusing 😕. You are contradicting your own statement..

Protein bloats when its had with less water. From my limited knowledge, you should have more water when having a protein shake, if not with it then at least after it.

I m drinking black coffee in the morning before worout since 1 and half years, there is no any harm.. yeah but if you have acidity problem then only you can skip.. ( i know coz i searched a lot of that black coffee stuff. M not a expert)

So basically u do intermittent fasting of 13 hours from 9 pm to 10 am next morning. And ur cook may have added some kasuri methi in kofta sabzee.
