Well done on the weight loss Helen. I chuckled through this vlog as I did a similar thing, marched up to the counter in KFC and said......."I asked for a BBQ dick and didn't get it" the staff (and me) all dissolved into laughter and I skulked back to the table with said "dick" in hand LOL A good sauce for wraps and also as a dipping sauce on SW is natural yogurt mixed with mint sauce, B&M do a syn free one, google it for the picture, not worth using syns on that in my opinion so I always use it for a delicious syn free sauce, im drooling thinking about it, more vlogs like this please my lovely xxx
