My heart breaks for you Hailey! I’ve buried two of my three beautiful nieces. One was 20 & died of a pulmonary embolism. The other one was killed in an accident at 28. My cousin’s precious one year old son died the day after Christmas. They are devastated. None of us know why these horrible things happen to our families & we’ll never understand why they were taken from us! Love to your beautiful family! ❤

I just started Weight Watchers for the second time, but it had been about 13 years since the last time. I am loving it so far. Down 5 lbs in just a week. I know it won’t be that much every week, but I am feeling excited. I am so excited to see these videos again. You were part of the reason I chose to do WW again. Love your channel!

Nice to see you back. Continued prayers for you and your sweet family. I know you are trying to get a lot more protein. I don’t know if you have tried this before but I do this a lot. Make a Nespresso espresso. Put some ice in your cup. Pour a protein shake over it and mix everything. You can get anywhere from 20-30 grams of protein from the protein shake depending on the one you choose. It might take you a few times to find a brand that you like.

I love your WW lunches. I have made a few of yours, I also take the turkey lunch meat and roll them around a low fat mozzarella cheese stick and dip in siracha. I had to order one of those fruit slicers, found on Amazon

Some great ideas. I wish I could drink that much water but I can’t! Usually have about 5 cups of tea a day then a couple of glasses of water - any more and I’m up every hour in the night having to go to the toilet! My bladder can’t take it 😂😂
