I hope people take you up on joining WW. It seems easier than before to drop weight on the plan. I love your decorations and you are right to stop and double check the eyeshadow. LOVE IT😊 great job. Thanks for all the food tips on points. Breads can really vary a lot in points.

It’s not a central Texas thing unfortunately. I’ve seen a few different buns from other channels that are 1-2 points and I have searched high and low. I need to look at Aldi. That’s the only place I haven’t checked in my town. I did find some keto buns that were 2 points but they didn’t taste very good. The hunt continues! Hope you are doing well sweet friend.

On hungry jack hash browns do as instructed on box. With the warm water to rehydrate and cook as you normally would hash browns taste great! Infact to me taste better then the frozen

For the cake anything else I could do besides peanut butter? My family is gonna want some too and. My daughters allergic to peanuts.

I’ve never tried it another way. I would just use the cake mix and water. You might have to play around to find the right consistency. I would start with 2 tbsp of water and mix it. Add a tbsp at a time until it looks like a thick batter consistency.

Thank you 😊 I use the ordinary brand retinol or Naturium just depending on if I’m around Target for now. I’m adding retinaldehyde from Naturium once a week for now. I don’t want to add it too fast and get dry/damaged skin. I’ll prob switch to tretinoin in a couple years which I will have to get from the dermatologist.

Can I take Ovasitol if I am not sure I’m insulin resistant? I definitely seem to be having trouble losing weight. Would this help me?

I am not a doctor but I haven’t seen anything showing negative side effects. It helps regulate hormones and periods and is good for other things too. You could always get it and try it for the 3 months (be consistent in the twice a day) and see if you notice a difference. If you do it for 3 months and then get off with no changes then you probably don’t need it. When I ran out and went a week without it my cravings went CRaZY

I have 23 points and eating only my daily points, but realize that my calories are low, and I am hungry all the time. I have trouble having the zero point foods.......because I don't eat meat, tofu, fruit, eggs, fish, corn and dairy..........I am allergic to most fruits, corn and dairy..........I have RA and tofu caused my joints to hurt, any ideas to help, thank you. I usually eat a lot of potatoes, but they eat up your points fast. I thought that potatoes was zero point foods, but I guess not. Most days I am under 1000 calories, yet I am not losing weight fast, wonder if my body thinks I'm starving.........when I was just eating plant based, not WW, I was losing weight very well........eating a bunch of starch

That’s definitely not enough calories. Different programs fit different people. WW might not be the right fit. I would hate for your health to suffer while following the program. Maybe go back to plant based. If you found something that worked I would do that. You could also follow an anti-inflammatory diet. Which seems like you are mostly doing already. Our bodies are all different so there isn’t a one size fits all program. If you do want to continue WW I would say to make sure to eat your weeklies and any activity points. Eat them ALL. Potatoes could be a zero point food on the personal points program. I had them as zero and ate them up. You could also just make potatoes a zero point food for yourself. Just don’t log it. With you not eating the majority of zero point foods there is almost no danger of overeating calories. You can have a good amount of potatoes for not too many calories. I use greek yogurt with fat and just count it as a zero point bc of my PCOS. We know our bodies better than WW does. Make some adjustments and see. If you don’t have success then switch it up again. But my main advice would be to go back plant based if you felt good there and had success. Best of luck to you.

Try switching to the WW diabetic plan. It will cut out the zero point fruit etc that you can't eat and give you extra points which you can use for your potatoes
