Seriously, same with dry skin. I use Aveeno Positively Radiant 15spf. SUPER moisturizing without being sticky, and so creamy. Tiny bit goes a LONG way and it's so cheap

Hey, just want to let you know that juices/smoothies have points. Like A LOT. Unless you eat the veggies whole or you eat it in some way, it's zero but each of those juices are at least 10 points.

Thank you for sharing, I know this is an older video but I wonder if you still juice and use the Built Bars? I tried the Built Bars but found them to be expensive and I've been using pure protein bars instead. I don't juice because I love veggies and don't have room on my counter and use my rice cooker frequently. Just curious, thanks again!

Amanda I made this pizza and loved it. I wanted to share it with you. Canned Chickpea Pizza Crust serving size 1 point on purple + toppings add points Ingredients Nonstick cooking spray, for the baking sheet One 15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed, drained and dried (I put them in a dishtowel and shake until dried) 1 tablespoon flour 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 large egg Freshly ground black pepper Desired pizza toppings 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Combine chickpeas, flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, egg and some pepper in a food processor until smooth. (The mixture will be creamy, like hummus.) Transfer to prepared baking sheet and spread into a 10-inch circle with a rubber spatula. 3. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add desired toppings. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
