EASY CHEESY PASTA
-Whole wheat pasta
-zucchini
-sundried tomato (not in oil is best for ww)
-Alouette cheese squares
-Tyson blackened tenders or any cooked chicken
While boiling your pasta add your zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes into a skillet and cook on medium heat until tender, I seasoned mine with Garlic Ranch seasoning blend by McCormick. While the zucchini is cooking though cook your tenders in the microwave or air fryer, I do mine in the air fryer for 8 to 9 minutes at 360 degrees and shake the basket half way through. Once the pasta is done drain it and add it back into the pot, add in the alouette cheese squares (I used 2 for 3sp), then your zucchini and tomatoes and mix together until cheese is melted completely. Top with chicken and enjoy!
PURPLE: 3sp
GREEN: 11sp
BLUE: 9sp
I used 1.5 servings of pasta in mine so it was 558 calories but points are calculated using just one serving of pasta.

My word... MORE... more time with family, more “me” time, more balance! I teach classes and have been an ambassador for WW for over 20 years! I hit goal and maintain.. but life can change things in a blink and I’ve had to ride the waves when they have hit over the years! When people ask me in classes about healthy eating etc I always direct them to WW because it’s healthy and it’s everyday food! Good luck to everyone and have a great year!

Louise Lane I began allergy shots a year and a half ago. The first 6 months of weekly is the worst. Now I’m on monthly and I absolute love not being miserable every season. So worth it!!!!!

josephine enea that’s awesome girl! I love making recipes with my own twist too!! I used a few google calculators to figure out how much i should be eating based on height, weight, activity level, etc! If you google calorie calculators a ton pop up so you can calculate your own, I think that’s the most accurate way!

Love your videos. I saw Oprah in ft Lauderdale 2020 vision tour. It was very awesome! She gave us a book to see where we are in our lives and how to set goals. I loved when you mentioned the word of the year I’ve been doing this the past couple years last year my word was contentment this year my word is intention I’m a full-time caregiver for my husband with late stage Alzheimer’s and had previously care for my father for the past seven years who passed last year so I’ve had many issues with my weight not going anywhere due to stress and lack of exercise and when I went to the Oper show I did sign up for the online weight watchers but I find the app is very limitingSo your videos are really inspiring me to get more creative thank you for what you’re doing also she shared with us to write down every day in her journal five things were grateful for

My mom took care of both of my grandparents and both had dementia, I know how tough that can be mentally and physically! So do you actually “join” WW? I got the app but it wanted to charge me an annual fee without doing an assessment or anything first...? Is that the correct app? I want to do WW! I’ve been counting and restricting calories for 4 months and haven’t lost anything :( I’m so happy I’ve found your channel! Ive been binge watching your old videos and what you eat looks delicious.

Out of curosity, what is it that the purple way appeals to you? I am on blue, I looked at purple, is it the grains part? I guess it's what foods we really like that mostly determines our choices,

JoAnn Wormbrand when I stared WW in 2016 the current plan at the time is basically the now green plan, then it switched to freestyle which is blue plan and purple is the only plan I haven’t tried and I wanted to test it out!

We are also going to try and find something with no carpet in common areas and keeping him and the dog out of our bedroom to try and keep the pet hair to a minimum! But for now the shots are the best bet!
