We have the exact same air fryer and I picked up nonfat Greek yogurt today so I can make those pizza bombs... Maybe Buffalo chicken and sausage with green pepper! So stoked, thanks for sharing!!

Awesome recipes, as always! I always have a hard time with that dough and it being so sticky. I fight with it. Lol. I did take your advice and last time it wasn’t as bad because I didn’t add as much of the yogurt. SO happy to get a Hutch fix too. He is way too cute with his yellow toy. 😃❤️

looks good how is it with the cooked cream cheese i like lasagna with ricotta cheese cooked but never really had cream cheese cooked into meat only time i have is with lasagna or cheesecake your recipe for pizza bombs looks delish
MINDY Nix I honestly use it almost every day!! It’s great for freezer food like the Tyson strips or any French Fry or thing like that plus leftovers! Leftover chicken, steak, burgers anything!

rose609 the pizza bombs are GREAT! I hope you love them!! The taco wontons are perfect reheated in the air fryer, they stay crispy! And yes it’s so easy to clean! The bottom grate pops out for easy washing!🙌🏼❤️
Louise Lane So I saw one of your videos were you made the cauliflower rice with rotelle. And I remember you said you were obsessed with it. I’ve never really liked cauliflower rice but I thought I’d give it a shot. Oh my God! You are so right! I think I ate that three days straight breakfast lunch and dinner!
Recipes look so good. Would love to try the egg recipe. I just wish you would tell us the temperature that you use with each one of your recipes. You give us the minutes but not the temperature. Thank you for posting these healthy recipes.
I saw a video yesterday where someone had used their air fryer on a granite countertop. They said that it cracked their granite. Someone else said to put it either on a piece of tile or on top of your stove or find some type of heat resistant platform to set it on. I just thought I would let you know.
It all looks delicious. Nachos were calling my name. I now want to make my own chips. I make them in the oven. Not sure why I didnt think to try to air fry them. What temp do you use??
Could u use almond flour & if so, I wonder if that would be fewer points? Also, my stomach can’t tolerate pepperoni... so I’d have to think of an alternative... maybe a bunch of veggies 🙏🏼💕🥰
Janette McGregor I’m not sure about almond flour, I haven’t used it really but you would want to add some baking powder to help it rise a bit! Veggies sound great!
Ashley Doss the dough depends on which plan because yogurt is 0 on purple and blue but not on green! On purple and blue The 1 cup flour and yogurt ratio is 11sp total then divide by 4 servings, (i count 2sp for the smaller two and 3sp for the bigger two) if you’re green just add in points for the yogurt!
Dedie I try to plan a low point meat for dinner or I use my weeklies for it!❤️ I only drink wine once, maybe twice a week and I’ve never had issues with still losing!
Louise Lane Thanks so much. That has been my problem. I do the same. I think I’ll do that. Bank the weeklies. So do you basically do: Breakfast Lunch Snack Dinner Do you have a mid morning snack or dessert at night. I’m playing around with my planning.
Dedie yes that’s pretty much what I do! I am not a big dessert maker but if I want something sweet I’ll have like a pudding or chocolate rice cake or even just a spoonful of cool whip (love the Oreo one!) then just chug water and go to bed lol!
Julie Webber I found it at Whole Foods but someone told me they have it at my local store (HEB) in the healthy food aisle with the protein and random stuff so maybe check that aisle at your store if they have it!
