I just finished making the white bean soup and taste so good! I was afraid the coconut milk would be too sweet but it's perfect! And instead of mushrooms I used white onion, it almost brings a sweetness to it. Also I just want to say thank you for sharing your meals with us! I'm new to vegan/plant based diet and your channel really inspires me!❤🤗

I’m making potatoes w sautéed veggies tonight after watching this! Also I’ve never tried coconut milk ~ does it flavor the soups and curries w a coconut taste? That’s a no for me if so. But I use coconut sugar and it doesn’t taste like coconut …. So I was just wondering….😊 love your videos!
