I tend to eat smaller portions of food but more frequently instead of a larger meal that I may or may not finished granted that can take more time depending on what I prepare

LOL, I tried those patties as well and it's a NO from me as well. BUT, the Emerge ground "chicken", I like that one. Season it with some spices and had it in a burrito....YUMMY! Love your channel.

Just came across your video and subscribed to your channel. I am glad you reviewed that vegan chicken patty. I was leery about purchasing it. I like Simple Truth plant based products but that one I will pass. But I give you credit for trying to hook it up 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Nik , I snack on apples too, yes I slice them. I have actually substituted the apples for the chips. The side dishes looked delicious, sorry that the same couldn't be said for that pattie.😳

hi Nik, i just wanted to know what kind of sugar do u use, and i absolutely love the so delicious coco whip its amazing. i found mine at sprouts. and i love the silk almond milk yogurt omg , also have you tried the NATURES BAKERY FIG BARS AND AND NATURES BAKERY OATMEAL CRUMBLE BARS IN APPLE AND STRAWBERRY they are vegan. really good. also HAPPY HOILDAY'S AND STAY SAFE

Just because we’re vegan doesn’t mean we still can’t have our old favorite items .. there’s lot of vegans alternatives to what we use to eat . Just gotta be mindful of what you’re actually eating . Might have to go take a trip to Costco 😭😂 Thanks for sharing !!! 🔥
