My dad has been a pescatarian for almost a year now and I've seen him eat the same 5 "meals": A boring tofu dish, Eggs and bread, noodles, fish, and occasionally shrimp! That's it - I'm recommending him this channel 😂😂😂
Please tell him to add fresh fruit and vegetables to his diet too! He doesn't sound like he's getting enough vitamins. Try taking your father out to eat to vegan restaurants so he can see what's possible! Maybe he doesn't even know vegan restaurants exist. And as far as these meals, if he doesn't make these meals for himself, you could try offering to make them with him. In the kitchen together. ❤😊🙏🏽 If he doesn't want to do that, go ahead and make new meals for him just to get him started. Before u know it, he'll be making the meals themselves. ❤💜💕🖤💛🧡💚 it's so important to take care of our parents.
Sounds like he's getting good nutrients from the eggs, fish and shrimp he's consuming. If it's working for him, he should keep doing it. Plus there are many kinds of fish and many different meals and ways you can prepare those foods. Other than that, getting good omega-3's and everything else is vital for human health

You have removed all fears of mundane when it comes to becoming a vegan. I stopped eating pork and beef from my diet over a year now just gave up poultry and seafood. I am ready to fully change my diet and so excited i came across your channel. Marion OO You can also make it in the microwave in one of those small brown paper bags for lunches. Add you kernels fold down the bag pop for like 2-3 minutes stop when the popping slows just like you would the commercial bagged corn. Once popped you can add your oil seasonings directly in the bag and shake.
I just made the chickpea quiche cups. . . OH 👏🏽MY👏🏽 FREAKING👏🏽 GOODNESS!👏🏽 BOMB 🤤 the mustard just brought it to another level! They got my kitchen smelling so good! I almost couldn't wait til they came out the oven 🤣. Definitely gonna be a new staple in my weekly recipes! 🥰

I'm new to the vegan diet and i'm just trying to view a bunch of resources and can't find anything that's as helpful as this video. It doesn't look hard there aren't a lot of unique ingredients and it doesn't look super time consuming and this makes me feel like i could actually do it. So curious how you maintain the vegan lifestyle when your family doesn’t eat 100% vegan? Could you do a video of meals and incorporating that? I always get so overwhelmed that I revert right back to eating meat for lack of not wanting to cook twice.
Defoo thats the problem i had.. i find i cud mayb go vegan for 5 days out the week and 2 days eating meat i done it b4... i will still gain some benefits at least more veg will be in your diet and more whole foods, better than nothing
You cook "base meals", cook something that can be its own meal for you and if they want meat, allow them to cook their own if they can or cook meat separately for them to add for themselves.

Ive been vegetarian since November, but I do not like vegetarian meat alternatives like soy, tofu and all the other crumbles, etc. but this video has inspired me soooo much more. I tried that chick pea salad and homemade chips... fantastic!! I used sea salt and garlic powder on my potatoes OMG 😱 I bought pretzel crisp crackers that I’ve eaten with black bean n corn salsa 👌🏽 I just made my granola, I’ll have for breakfast tomorrow. I tried the tacos and loved them! I used spring mix, avocado mash, the Pinto bean & lemon juice puree, canned black beans, a little taco seasoning, and tortillas.

New (vegan) subbie here! Love seeing your plant-based meals for the week. I'm such a granola fan. I used to use maple syrup to sweeten it but lately I've gotten really into using date paste! I like that it has added fiber :)
Lol I was looking at the chickpea salad sandwich and chips. I said, where's the other half of the sandwich? And I don't even like bread but it looked like something easy to eat, if you get what I mean

My and my kids looove the pasta u make with the cashew sauce! Omg it so many ways to add to it! My son loves picking out all the veggies and learning what they are. He's four and loves mushrooms, zucchini and spinach
