I’m so impressed that you’re dairy free. I’m not sure I could ever do that, but I’m working on reducing my dairy intake to a degree. I’ve also really increased my veggie intake. You’re an inspiration!! #babysteps
For opening the cap of any jars, you should first deep the top of the jar into hot water for about like 15 seconds. And then, you should use a dry towel to open the cap. It will be so much easier and you won't need any energy to open the cap.

Hack on trying to open hard bottles..hit the botton center of it with the bottom part of your hand, then opened botyle..makes it easier for some reason

You can use a bottle opener to open the jar. The type that opens a metal lid on a glass bottle. Use it to lift the jar lid. It’ll make a popping sound and then the jar is very easy to open.
4:55 You can try using a knife to open the lid! Stab the top of the jar lid *once* with the knife and you should be able to open it with much more ease because it releases all the air! Hope that helps anyone and be careful when you do this ofc! :)

corn tortillas are gluten free too and they’re probably a lot cheaper! i love healthy eating too it makes me feel very good. sadly i’m not allowed to eat at school cuz of covid so i’m always super hungry when i get home (5 hours without food eeek)!

Do you tend to eat a bigger lunch and then a lighter dinner? I don't like taking a lot of time to cook in the middle of the day, but I think my body would like it better. I also tend to get hungry right before bed and a little orange is such a good idea for a bedtime snack!
