Hey cuties! Thanks for watching! As you watch this video please keep in mind that I do not eat these meals everyday. Some days I wake up feeling nauseous with no appetite and I barely hit my calorie goal for the day and then some days I wake up and it’s so easy for me to eat and hit my goal. Trust me, even I’m not always consistent with my eating and that’s completely normal. So please don’t get discouraged if that’s how you feel some days. ALSO if you’re not used to eating a lot of calories I don’t recommend that you jump into high calorie days especially if you’re not used to it. Slowly add a few hundred calories a day if you can, so that your stomach will be able to digest your food easily. This will help to grow your stomach and appetite. Small changes now will lead to big changes later! Take it day by day you got this!
This space makes me feel so safe - I’m currently on a gaining weight journey and this makes me feel so good to keep up with my daily calorie goal. Bless yo soul ❤️❤️❤️
this was the best what i eat in a day to gain weight video i’ve ever seen. super informative and love how high volume these meals are really helps get in the calories
Yes definitely! Those protein shakes are good if you don’t have time for an actual meal or you want a quick snack to catch up on your calories and protein. But you can still gain weight by eating real healthy calories like I did in this video!
Girl I can tell you know how to cook lol! Many YTers be showing their what they eat in a day and their cheffing skills be slackin! You have a chefs kiss* :)
Love the video and it was helpful because I’m also trying to gain weight the healthy way. Can you add like how much you add to your smoothies and meals and do a grocery haul on what you buy? Thank you
You do not eat sweets, but you ate apples with peanut butter, chocolate, granola cereal, and honey. Really? Most granola cereals are contain lots of sugar. Chocolate is high in sugar. Honey, fruit, and peanut butter is already sweet. Candy is sweet too. Why say you are not into sweets if you are?
Because I don’t usually have a craving for sweets which is what I said and what I meant. By “sweets” I meant dessert sweets never was I implying that I don’t eat sugar lol. Obviously I eat sugar from the carbs and natural sugar from fruit and honey. I just wanted to show my followers a healthier alternative to my “desserts”. Natural Peanut butter contains very little amount of sugar and mainly healthy fats, I used dark chocolate which is healthier than milk chocolate and contains less sugar, honey is just a natural sweetener, and the granola cereal contains very little sugar as well. Never did I say I don’t eat sweets I just said I’m not too big on.
And if you actually listened to what I said at 11:45 I said “I’m not too big on sweets, if anything I’ll eat some candy or a piece of chocolate” never did I say I “don’t eat sweets”. This was just a healthier alternative to other desserts that are usually PACKED with unhealthy sugars.
I too am on a 10 lb. Weight gain journey. I lost so much of my muscle mass during the year that I did not go to the gym. And I am not a heavy eater either. I eat when I'm hungry and I eat well and that's it. I know it's a gain muscle I must eat more and weight train consistently. Specifically I'm working on training. I really enjoyed your video and have subscribed to your channel!
Meal prep! I have so many videos on my youtube with tutorials on meal prepping! That’s what I used to do when I was a full time student and had 2 jobs 🙏🏽 gotta do what you gotta do
But aren’t 200g of fat too much ? I‘m scared that I will gain more weight on my belly than on the legs, arms or in the booty. (Even though I’m working out)
