I wholeheartedly agree. I try to tell and show friends and family that it's not difficult to go vegan because you're just eating REGULAR, WHOLE foods that happen to be really good for u
@@mygolfballsannoyInterestingly first world food is poison while third world food is still real food, they have less chronic disease that is caused by the ultra processed food. Beware of eating in a first world country especially US, it's a mine field.
Your downstairs pantry is a vegan prepper’s dream! I always love your meal videos!! I learn new options every single time. The pre-filled spice & dry ingredient jars is genius.
So you don’t actually have to cook old fashioned oats. Just pour some boiling water over them. They’ll be more chewy this way. Ready in a minute. No extra pot to clean!
I’m trying to go plant based but was getting discouraged due to so many complicated recipes and videos from other people. Yours is easy and to the point ! So simple ! 😊 thank you
Luka is adooooooooooorable!!!!!! I smiled from ear to ear the whole time he was on camera :)) ...I love this no prep content too, I'd love to see more just like it!
Thank you for the video. We never have enough for no prep food. So keep doing it endlessly. We love ideas. And I love to workless in the kitchen. I want everything ready. Bless.
All that great food plus the baby... great video. This is the way I like to cook. Thanks for a trip to the past for us dump cooks. They all look delish. I picked up so many great tips.
I love your style, just found you and now I’m binge watching. I love how you encourage to keep it simple and you really can’t make any mistakes. It takes the intimidation factor out of it! Thank you!!!!!
I’m so glad I found this vedio of what you eat in a day! I’m new here starting plant based! I was eating eggs’ salmon’ pizza for years! I did keto years ago! Now I have 29% clogged arteries! I just stopped eating them all! I usually make my oatmeal with blueberries’ walnuts’ chia seed’s’ cinnamon! Flex too
Great ideas -- thank you. I'm so happy each day I see your videos. I learn so much from you & the food is enjoyable. Thank you, God bless your family from grandma Katie in Oregon
Hey there! Loving this "What I Eat In A Day NO PREP!" video! 🌱🙌 Totally digging the plant-based and oil-free vibes. Your meal ideas are a lifesaver for busy days! Keep 'em coming, I'm all ears for more easy-peasy recipes. 🥗🥑🍴
Just discovered you on RU-vid and subscribed. I try to eat plant-based but have never enjoyed cooking and feel overwhelmed with making recipes. Your meals are so easy and uncomplicated that I have hope that I can do this also. Thank you so much for sharing!! I am excited to watch more of your videos. I would love more easy meals like this.
This was awesome. Just found you and subscribed. This is so much more realistic for every day life when we don’t have time, my loved ones think I’m crazy for always wanting to minimize cooking time and simplify the recipes. Can’t wait to see more!! ❤

Yesss. The kind of cooking instructions I want to hear include the word "whatever" very liberally. 😅 The more exact it needs to be the less likely I am do it on a daily basis. Thanks for this.
Come on 100K SUBS!!! Congratulations!!! Your videos are fun and extremely helpful... FYI - I call starch blaster GUMBO! It is so darn good... love the big ingredients and spices! Fantastic... THANK YOU!!!
I think it's so funny to see Reebs leaning over her arm like a sailor at a diner. LOL.... The food does look amazing though. I went out today on my once-a 3-week errand loop around town and made sure I had plenty of the ingredients for pico. Life is good.
Love the simplicity. So many people who are just starting out on their plant based journey want three things, "Convenience, convenience, convenience!" Thank you.
Hello 👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Just went WFPB today! Have watched you for a long been subbed for long time to just wanted to ask if you could put on your shop site with your spices, the iodine sea Salt would love to buy it from you with your other products Please Thank you!❤🎉
Your little guy is adorable 🥰 Never knew about the oatmeal and water hack. Love that! And definitely going to do the steamer veggies with beans and grain. I cook a pound of dry beans a week and pick a different grain each week to make several cups. This week is bulgur and Alubia Blanca, so I am ready! And please please please teach us how to make the soy yogurt!
Thank you for the kind comment Jennifer! We made the yogurt on our live cooking show, Episode 94. You can learn more and sign up here, www.wellyourworld.com/cookingshow
Thank you for this - it's very helpful! I love to spend as little time as possible in my kitchen so my go to food is typically vegan chili in my crockpot 🙂
I love your basement pantry!! 😆👍🏼 The five gallon buckets with the gamma lids are the best. I buy most of my dry foods in 25# bags, too! I’m going to try the starch blaster in my instapot soon, and customize it for my kids… thanks for sharing, I love your recipes! And your “plant rants” are the best. 😂
I just found your channel and I am loving your content. My husband and I are WFPB and always look for new ideas. Thank you! Keep up the enthusiasm for cooking, you have a natural gift!
I started to be vegan several weeks ago and try to find easy recipes on you tube. Fortunately I found you guys and it changes my world . Now I have fun to prepare my meal with food I have in my fridge, Fun and very tasty. I did the burrito you show one day . Very healthy and delish. Thank you guys to open the vegan door for people. Take care.
I make my oatmeal in a dish and it’s not cooked. Raw and organic. I put Silk soy milk on top. Blueberries and nuts. Everything is organic. Thanks for your show!
🌱💚 Delicious whole food plant-based meals! I also buy extra cartons of soy milk @ Trader Joe’s. Brilliant idea about prepping the spices in mason jars! 🙌🏼
Hey Yall nice oatmeal hack also did you know whatever oatmeal is NOT finished you can put in a smoothie the next day or later the same day...thats my hack. Hugs from Canada
This is the content I've been wishing for!!! I have been with your channel from the very beginning and have always needed and loved the inspiration that comes with each video! The full day of eating with meal prep is so helpful. Thank you for always inspiring me to keep it simple and eat healthier.🤘😊🌱
Wow! I have serious basement pantry envy! Our grocery budget is insane and I know we should be doing better. You may have already, but would you ever give a video about your pantry process and grocery budget tips? It’s also tough for me, because my husband and son are not interested in being WFPB at this time :(
Search our pantry tour and basement tour videos on RU-vid. That may be of us some help. But I like how you framed it so we will integrate more of this kind of thing into our new videos too! Thank you!
The spin lids for the 5 gallon buckets seem really nice. I have only used the snap on type and usually struggle to get them off. I was easily able to find the ones you have with a quick search for “spin lids for 5 gallon buckets. Common brand name is Gamma Seal.
You guys are my absolute favorite. I love how real and genuine you are. And how tasty your recipes are. I have a 2 month old and don’t have 2 hours to prep and cook every meal. Your recipes are so helpful in my life. Thank you :)
I’ve been following you since the beginning and am SO grateful for all that you share.. (Dillion always cracks me up too) .. As someone who works ALOT, the simple approach is a game-changer. Thank you both!! 🤗
I have easy meals on rotate in my house. We prep salad fixings but that's all. I always make double or triple batches of dishes so we can have for lunches, another dinner and perhaps freeze some for another meal in a week or two. Makes our fast food easy. Linda
I used to have ALOT of stomach issues I was told by many people that eating plant-based food would be very beneficial to me so i gave it a shot! and it was by far the best decision I have ever made for myself I did a lot of research and found a website that was very informative. this is the website if anyone is interested 🙂
I absolutely loved this. What I eat in a day episode.!! You two work so well together and enjoy each other’s company as husband and wife!! You both are very adorable, entertaining to watch and very informative!! Keep up the good work!!! When you to get your own show at the Food Network don’t forget about us little people. Just kidding everyone. I hope they don’t move to TV. It was a joke. I don’t want everyone thinking that they’re leaving us. Lol but they are good enough to have their own TV network show.
I love these quick healthy recipes. I made the ziti instapot recipe and it was delicious! My friend that’s not plant based said she enjoyed it so much. She said she felt good after eating this! That is huge! I am so ready to make it again. Thank you! Have a very blessed day! Wendy❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸
Great video! I’m getting hooked on you guys! Love your energy, positivity, get ‘er done attitude. Couple of things I’ve never heard of…soya curds? Soya curls, I will have to research that. Oh, and I love your beans storage bins!!!
Hi! I noticed that there are a LOT of tomatoes in here, and since I have an autoimmune condition (Hashimoto’s), I have to avoid nightshades. 😭Do you or does anyone on here have ideas of what I could substitute that will still make it taste good? Just bone broth (Maybe with some pesto)? Looks like a great, easy meal to take camping!👍🏻 This was my first episode of yours, and enjoyed it so much that I’ve subscribed and will be back for more!😊
It's too bad so many ingredients are expensive in no-prep form. Like I love freezer rice, but it is soooo much more expensive than regular old bags of brown rice, and I just can't afford it if I'm going to be able to also buy fresh veggies and so on (and so I can afford a nice variety of veggies, I can't go with the pre-washed, pre-shredded stuff, either). I have to do meal prep to eat healthy. I cooked rice today for about two weeks of meals (half going into the freezer) because it takes so stinkin' long and so much rinsing, rinsing, picking, waiting, I'm not doing that every day for lunch haha. At least I don't have to rely completely on dried beans and can afford the canned ones. Totally cool with using dried beans sometimes (even grow my own and dry them), but what a freaking nightmare that would be if I didn't have a choice.
Some of the Instant Pot models give Burn warnings whenever you cook starches. It sucks because you come back into the kitchen and you have no idea how long it cooked or when it shut down. I had a few models that did it and I could never figure it out but luckily Consumer Reports and Wirecutter magazine and other review sites figured it out for me. They might need a different model and that really sucks. But they should watch review sites about their particular model before buying for sure.
Howdy, love your videos. I'm in the process of Starting to buy bulk... could you do a video on your bulk buying experience? Maybe some tips and how to s...
