Hi everyone!
This is a long due 'what I eat in a day to lose weight' video and I hope it is worth the wait!
There will be more such videos so you all can get an idea of what I am eating.
Generally at home, I am enjoying healthy stuff so this is a video highlighting that. Stay tuned for those videos where I am headed out to see what I eat and how I portion control!

Recipe for Iced brown sugar 2% milk shaken espresso:
- Brew a shot/double shot of espresso
- Add a tbsp of brown sugar cinnamon syrup (I used a zero calorie sweetener)
- Shake the brewed espresso with the syrup
- Pour over ice and top with a splash of foamed milk!
- Enjoy ;)
I could have this DAILY and not get bored of it!
This contains calories from just the milk because everything else has negligible calories so enjoy your coffee without the guilt!

loved the video di🥰🥰 the detox water was very helpful for me I want to increase my water intake so this seems an interesting alternative. Also would love a similar video for vegetarian meals as well. Lots of love.❤❤

Thank you so much!! I am trying to increase the protein intake as I have started to weight train. Aim is to have at least 100gms a day, I stay in a range of 80-100 on an avg though. It is something I am working on :)
