This is a long due 'what I eat in a day to lose weight' video and I hope it is worth the wait!
There will be more such videos so you all can get an idea of what I am eating.
Generally at home, I am enjoying healthy stuff so this is a video highlighting that. Stay tuned for those videos where I am headed out to see what I eat and how I portion control!

Recipe for Iced brown sugar 2% milk shaken espresso:
- Brew a shot/double shot of espresso
- Add a tbsp of brown sugar cinnamon syrup (I used a zero calorie sweetener)
- Shake the brewed espresso with the syrup
- Pour over ice and top with a splash of foamed milk!
- Enjoy ;)
I could have this DAILY and not get bored of it!
This contains calories from just the milk because everything else has negligible calories so enjoy your coffee without the guilt!
