I cannot understand why anybody would criticize what you eat. It's your channel and your life! I love seeing what you buy and what you eat; I would never judge you.

I just added the fiber one cereal to my grocery order. I forgot all about that one! I like your videos because I try and do the same thing by bulking up my meals. I am alone with one kid all the time so I can’t imagine 5. Keep up the good work and don’t worry about the people who leave negative comments. Chocolate peanut butter premier is my favorite ! 💕

I was so excited about the yogurt parfait. Made it and it was yummy, thanks for sharing. Your channel is so fun to watch and I think we all wish we could eat clean, but not realistic for a lot of us. These meals you eat are probably more realistic and easier to try then others. Please keep sharing and don’t listen to those non positive viewers.

The thing that attracts me to your channel is how realistically you eat - I'm a mum of one toddler and I don't know how you do it, you seem to have such a good balance! I love to eat everything but in moderation and I think that's what you aim for too!

That peanut butter parfait looks so good. We have all the ingreidents for this except the cereal, because my daughter does body building so she has all kinds of stuff for making work out drinks and protien shakes, but we will get some of the cereal tomorrow and will be making this. I love watching your channel, I don't know how you do it with 5 children. I watch my 2 year old great grandson and it is all I can do to keep up with him. Jodi I found your channel a few weeks ago & I love watching youtubers who share their ‘what I eat in a day’ I eat some of the same meals as you but also got some new ideas too! To those criticize your way of eating as ‘not clean’ I say to ‘h$ll with them’ Nobody eats clean & if you do then good for you but like you said this is your journey your life & I completely agree. I too eat some fat free sugar free foods. I also eat chips, I eat some convenience foods, but I also eat a lot of veggies & fruit too & can cook full on ‘healthy’ meals when time is permitted. I am down 70lbs now & 100lbs from my highest weight. I had been overweight all my life at 9y/o I was 130lbs. Currently in maintenance & grateful for where I am at. Keep doing you because it is clearly working & you are helping others including myself. 😊 Edit: I think your gonna love that chocolate peanut butter protein drink. I add it to my coffee now & it is delicious.

You go to all the work of vlogging, so it has to be frustrating to have negative comments. I raised my 3 boys on happy meals, chicken nuggets and corn dogs. I was a working pediatric nurse and you do what some time is easier and causes the least complaints.
You know, sometimes people that criticize others are intimidated and insecure. I find you, your family, and your videos DELIGHTFUL!! Maybe “Miss you don’t eat healthy enough”should get her OWN channel. That way she could watch it all day long!! I have tried your recipes and they are yummy. Don’t stop doing what you are doing. You eat good! Your eating is on line with what I eat. I went to the dr this past month and eating the way you and I do has given me good reports at the dr. My cholesterol is down etc. if someone does not like the way you eat then move on. I ❤️ you girl! The chocolate peanut butter rules!

That parfait looks delicious. I love stuff like that. I am not on weight watchers. I follow high volume, low calorie recipes. You weight watcher ladies seem to follow that kind of eating style. Gotten a lot of meal ideas from you and others. I don't eat clean all the time. I eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and lean meat and fat free dairy because it is low calorie and you can eat a lot of it. I am 17% body fat and still have some junk in my diet. Eat like you want to eat! Just FYI, you will not get lean by eating clean. It's calories in, calories out. It took me a while to figure that out with all the "clean eating" diet culture. I like your videos and your family is precious. God bless!!

That's wonderful your mom can be with you. oh my you carrying in stuff... so many trips.. i had to carry stuff in from our porch.. just plants i'd left over the winter that needed to be dumped.. we have cats so i need to close the doors each time.. in and out in and out.. i messaged my hubby and said this stuff isn't as fun alone lol as far as the comments... people will always compare.. and it is all relative.. unless we are growing everything.. raising our chicken etc.. we don't have much control on the "cleanliness" of it.. there are chemicals.. preservatives etc. sorry to get on a rant but there are days i don't even eat a veggie or drink water.. not good but i think we all know what is the best choice in the time and if we eat a ready made protein shake that fills us up and makes it easier to pass on a handful of candy later.. i say it's a win. It's a rabbit hole to go down for sure.. then it's like what is in my home/how are my clothes made.. cleaning products...etc etc it can get stressful and i think the way to help every family do better.. for our health and for the Earth.. is do what we can.. filter in more natural products.. reuse.. share.. rinse our produce... but do all the places we eat rinse their produce?.. where do you relax? Also.. all the labeling of natural and organic and all that should mean what it's saying but the devil is in the details.. companies only do what they need... a good example on the tricks of advertising is the fat free craze.... they didn't say but it's full of sugar lol they just pointed out the fat that is was fat free. I'm not so naive to think they are pressing the limits of the way they advertise.. how was the food handled from start to finish? just my 2 cents :)

Just found you recently. A recent find for me, adding some PBFit to my Chocolate Orgain ready made shake. It gives me the PB cup flavor and definitely helps with my cravings.

Thank you so much, Adrienne!😋 This was the Target brand (I believe Good & Gather) of plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt. It was definitely more watery than Chobani, Fage, or the other more popular brands, but it still tasted great! I would recommend it for sure!
The food scale is much more accurate because with measuring cups and spoons, one person’s “cup” may be slightly different than another person’s based on how level the top is, etc. you can absolutely use measuring spoons & cups, I just like how exact the scale is☺️
