Hi nice to meet you too :) i was so into it as well. I would hike for hours and lived it. Then we moved (two years ago), and it threw my routine off, my trails were gone and I quit walking. Now I’m back though 🎉 wishing you all the best. So glad you’re here!
Glad I saw you today. Yesterday at TJMaxx I bought the cutest coffee cup, designs inside and outside of the cup. It says Tia. I thought it meant grandma so I bought it $5. Turns out it means goddess. Well that's not me but I love the cup. You need to go check it out soon
Yummy! Great idea. I may add that next time. I have to watch how much fat I eat per day because of my gallbladder. The fat in the hummus was enough for me at lunch. And then I added some avo to my dinner. But anyway - live that idea, I bet that’s good ❤
Less fat is always good! I like potatoes and avocado together, but I rarely eat it because I live far from the store and don't usually have both at the same time. Do you have something going on with your gallbladder?@@HealthyVeganMama
No not since eating a plant based diet. Prior to eating this way I had a massive gallbladder attack and was told I needed to have it taken out (due to a big gallstone), if I didn’t change the way I ate. So I was determined to make eating this way work…and I did 👏🏻 I just watch I don’t overdue the fat so I don’t mess with the gallstone movement. And since eating whole food plant based is a diet lower in fat anyway, I don’t really have problems, I’m just mindful with avocado & nut butters since those are very high fat.
