My sister in law used to do catering. She would use the golden mushroom soup over meatballs. People used to rave over them and thought she had some super secret recipe.

I did become prediabetic while doing WW. Especially fruit. Now very low carb.

I am low carb- not ww- but I hate when my blood sugar runs too low-- it makes me dizzy, sweating etc- so I too have to be careful to keep it balanced--

I feel you! It's a feeling that I hate, it's hard to be patient waiting for your glucose to come back up. Very tricky if you're low carb too!
